    • A higher reliable air control valve capable of improving producibility and reducing manufacturing cost without unpleasant characteristic change under operation. An air control valve includes: a bobbin wound by an energizing coil; a fixed plate for covering one end of this bobbin to construct a magnetic path; a yoke for at least partially covering the other end of said bobbin and an outer peripheral portion of the energizing coil, and being engaged with said fixed plate to constitute the magnetic path; an exterior member for constituting an exterior of said energizing coil and for making up the bobbin, the fixed plate, and the yoke in an integral form; a fixed core fitted into an inner diameter portion of said bobbin and fixed to said fixed plate; a movable core slidably inserted into the inner diameter portion of the bobbin along an axial direction and on which a valve body is slidably mounted via a spring at one end thereof along the axial direction; a return spring mounted between a spring adjusting member provided with said fixed core and said movable core; and a housing having an air inlet port, an air outlet port, and a valve seat provided in an air passage between said air inlet port and said air outlet port. Both said valve body mounted on said movable core and said valve seats of the housing constitute a valve; and said inner diameter portion of said bobbin is a guide for slidably holding said movable core along the axial direction.

    • According to one embodiment, an apparatus includes an array substrate including gate lines and auxiliary capacitance lines extending along a row, signal lines extending along a column, a semiconductor that intersects the gate line via an insulating layer and confronts the auxiliary capacitance line, a contact electrode for electrically connecting the semiconductor to the pixel electrode, a counter substrate, and a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the substrates. In the pixels disposed side by side in a direction where the gate line extends, the positions of center of gravity of openings surrounded by the gate lines, the signal lines, the auxiliary capacitance line, and ends of the contact electrode are the same in a direction where the signal line extends.

    • In one embodiment, a liquid crystal display device includes first and second areas respectively having a gate line group in an active area, and a dummy gate line group arranged on an outside of the active area. A driving circuit selects the gate lines of the gate line group and the dummy gate lines of the dummy gate line group one by one in the first and second areas. The driving circuit is independently controlled for the first and second areas. The gate lines are scanned from a center portion of the active area to the dummy gate line side in the first and second areas, respectively. An image signal and a non-image signal are written within one-frame period in the first and second areas.
