摘要： Provided are: a cover-lay film which has an electromagnetic wave shielding function and excellent flexibility, enables a reduction in the thickness of a flexible printed wiring board, and eliminates the necessity of connecting a layer for shielding electromagnetic noise, to the ground circuit of the flexible printed wiring board; a method for manufacturing the same; and a flexible printed wiring board. Employed is a cover-lay film including: a base material film which has a roughened surface (textured surface) created on at least a part of one surface, and an unroughened surface (non-textured surface) excluding the roughened surface; and a deposition film made of a conductive material which is formed on a surface of the base material film on the side where the roughened surface has been created.

摘要： The invention provides a transmission noise suppressing structure and a wiring board capable of suppressing a transmission noise transferred through a power supply line, stabilizing a power supply voltage, and reducing signal transmission line cross talk transmitted through the power supply line or a ground layer without being affected by a resistive layer. A transmission noise suppressing structure includes a power supply line and a signal transmission line arranged apart from each other on the same surface; a ground layer arranged apart from the power supply line and the signal transmission line; and a resistive layer arranged apart from the power supply line and the ground layer. The resistive layer has an area (I) which faces the power supply line and an area (II) which does not face the power supply line. The resistive layer and the signal transmission line are apart from each other.

摘要： An electromagnetic noise suppressor of the present invention includes a base material 2 containing a binding agent and a composite layer 3 formed by integrating the binding agent that is a part of the base material 2 and the magnetic material. This electromagnetic noise suppressor has high electromagnetic noise suppressing effect in the sub-microwave band, and enables it to reduce the space requirement and weight. The electromagnetic noise suppressor can be manufactured by forming the composite layer 3 on the surface of the base material 2 by physical vapor deposition of the magnetic material onto the surface of the base material 2. The article with an electromagnetic noise suppressing function of the present invention is an electronic component, a printed wiring board, a semiconductor integrated circuit or other article of which at least a part of the surface is covered by the electromagnetic noise suppressor of the present invention.

摘要： In the inventive touch-operated see-through coordinate input unit, the contacting wires embedded in the upper and lower substrate sheets in a relative perpendicular disposition are divided into groups each of at least two of the adjacent wires and the wires belonging to the same group are bonded to the same electrode. When the upper sheet is depressed with a finger tip or stylus point at a crossing point of the wires on the upper and lower sheets, electrical contact can be obtained at two points or more between wires so that, different from conventional coordinate input units in which electrical contact is obtained at only a single point by a pushing stroke, the reliability of the input operation can be greatly improved also with decreased fatigue of the operator in continuous working of long time.

摘要： The adjustable and readily solderable sheet-like connector of the invention is composed of an insulating sheet-like elastic body, a plurality of parallel-running wires of a soft and plastically deformable metal or alloy integrally bonded to the surface of the sheet-like body forming an array of parallel electroconductive paths and a soldering layer at least partly covering the exposed array of the metal wires as formed of a composite material composed of a plastically flowable material such as a hot-melt adhesive and particles or chopped fibers of a solder alloy dispersed therein. The connector is easily bent and left in the bent form just like an adjustable ruler to comply with any curved surface of a printed circuit board and readily bonded to the printed circuit board by heating and pressing between hot plates to cause melting of and soldering with the particles or chopped fibers of the solder alloy contained in the soldering layer at the portions just between each set of the metal wires and the connecting terminals on the printed circuit board due to the better heat conduction there than in the other portions at which the soldering layer is left electrically insulating.

Unlike a conventional socket-type connector in which a contacting element made of a metal piece in a form of something like a spring is fixed in a rigid socket, at least a part of the socket of the inventive connector is made of an electrically insulating and elastically resilient material so that a pin plug inserted into the socket is held firmly and in good reliable contact with the contacting element by virtue of the elastic resilience given by the part of the socket made of the elastically resilient material where the socket is deformed by the insertion of the pin plug to exhibit rubbery resilience.

摘要： The invention provides a push button switch covering member integrally made of a rubbery elastomeric material having an improved structure with which a much larger key stroke is obtained before a snapping action takes place in the covering member when the member is pushed at the center portion leading to the contact of the contact points than in the conventional ones. The covering member is constructed of (a) a central pushing part, (b) a first annular portion which may be in a form of a truncated cone or a cup laid upside down and is connected to the central pushing part at the upper end, (c) a second annular portion encircling and connected to the first annular portion and (d) a base flat connected to the second annular portion, at which the covering member is mounted on the base board of the switch, the relationship between the strengths of the first and the second annular portions being such that the first annular portion does not undergo a buckling deformation before the second annular portion is substantially deformed or bent around the connecting line between the second annular portion and the base flat.
