The contact material can resist wear from the action of driving the nail and the movement of a driver blade. The nail stop can be configured to align nails fed from a magazine and can be offset from the longitudinal centerline of the fastening tool. The nail stop can have a head contact length which is 0.5% to 95% of the length of the nail to be driven. The nail stop is used in methods for positioning a nail for driving.

Traditional methods in the Law Enforcement community teach to either discard a weapon in case an assailant attacks or deal with a weapons malfunction in some sort of awkward method. The Tactical Magnetic Keeper allows the weapons operator to more efficiently maneuver through hostile situations than traditional methods. A weapons operator can magnetize his or her weapon, magazine, baton, flashlight, hand cuffs, hand cuff key and knife in the event of a violent encounter. The Tactical Magnetic Keeper is a belt clip which holds three Neodymium (NdFeb) Grade magnets in the front of the clip and one on the bottom half of the back side of the clip. The weapons operator can utilize a Tactical Magnetic Keeper on the front of their gun belt and one on the back side.

摘要： Disclosed is a fixing (1) for securing an article (21) to a surface (19). The fixing comprising a coupling arrangement (3) for coupling the fixing to an article such as cabling. Elongate members (5) extend from the coupling arrangement and are moved together to insert the fixing into a cavity (17), and spring apart to retain the fixing in the cavity. The elongate members have resiliently deformable inner formations (9). The inner formations engage with one another and resiliently deform when the elongate members are brought together, thereby increasing the pull resistance of the fixing. The inner formations are inwardly extending branches each presenting a ramped surface oriented towards the distal ends (8) of the respective elongate member, assisting in coupling an article to the fixing.

The oil lubricated compressor can have a brushed or brushless universal motor which can drive a cooling fan and a pump. The universal motor can achieve a high torque to voltage ratio, as well as a high torque to current ratio, upon starting or re-starting of the compressor. Optionally, the oil lubricated compressor can use a single cooling fan disposed in the compressor at a location which is between the universal motor and a cylinder head of the pump.
