    • The ribbon loom comprises a weft thread insertion needle arranged at one side of the warp threads for inserting at least one loop or bight of a weft thread into the weaving or loom shed formed by the warp threads. The weft thread insertion needle has a longitudinal slit throughout almost its entire length. The weft thread insertion needle is also provided with a hook which, exterior to the longitudinal slit, is located at least approximately in the plane of motion of the weft thread insertion needle and is oriented toward the thread guide for the weft threads. The tip or point of the hook is arranged in the proximity of the free end of the weft thread insertion needle and points toward such free end. This results in an especially slender design of weft thread insertion needle and a reliable engagement of the weft thread or threads on the hook solely by means of the thread guide without any supplementary or auxiliary device.

    • In a coupling arrangement for a textile machine, a drive shaft can be intermittently rotated and a connecting member encircles and is connected to the drive shaft by an eccentric hoop located between them. A coupling key is displaceable between a first coupling recess associated with the drive shaft and a second coupling recess associated with the connecting member. The coupling key is retained in the recesses by lead cams. A retaining key, independent from the coupling key, is supported by the eccentric hoop. The retaining key cooperates with a first retaining recess on the drive shaft or with a second retaining recess on the connecting member. The retaining key and/or the retaining recesses have control surfaces which provide the displacement of the retaining key when the drive shaft overtakes the eccentric hoop or the eccentric hoop overtakes the connecting member.

    • To be able to connect an RFID transponder chip module which has not only a transponder chip but also conductive, preferably metal or metallized connection feet, as easily as possible and particularly without the risk of soiling to the antenna wires of a tag strip, which are fitted in or on a textile material, the connection feet of the transponder chip module are designed with an activatable connecting for electrical and mechanical connection to the antenna wires. The connecting feet are in the form of strip-like extension elements on both sides of the RFID transponder chip, wherein the connection feet are respectively arranged at that end of the extension elements which is remote from the RFID transponder chip. The connection feet are formed with an activatable connecting for the purpose of electrical and mechanical connection to the electrical conductors.
