    • This invention relates to a chuck device with multistage degree of opening composed of an oscillating actuator acting as a driving part and an arm opening or closing mechanism installed at one end part to which an output shaft of the oscillating actuator is projected, the actuator having a plurality of oscillating vanes concentrically arranged within casings, the casing for an inner oscillating vane structure being rotatably supported in respect to the casing for an outer oscillating vane structure so as to form a rotary shaft and at the same time an oscillating vane of the outer oscillating structure is fixed to the rotary shaft. The output shaft is connected to the oscillating vane of the inner-most oscillating vane structure so as to enable its intermediate stopping to be attained, the arm opening or closing mechanism being comprised of a pair of guide rail blocks oppositely arranged in a spaced-apart relation at both sides of the output shaft while being crossed at a right angle with an extending direction of the output shaft and fixed to the end of the outer-most casing of the oscillating actuator.

    • A rotary apparatus of a successive feed die unit of a press apparatus includes an indexing apparatus and a frictional transmission apparatus for transmitting rotation to a lower rotatable die of the die unit for manufacturing a core lamination assembly. The indexing apparatus converts rotation inputted from a crank shaft of a press apparatus into intermittent rotation of a predetermined angle and outputs it to the frictional transmission apparatus. The frictional transmission apparatus has a changeable rotation speed without steps, inputs the intermittent rotation from the indexing apparatus, adds rotational volume of a predetermined skew angle in a positive or negative direction to the inputted intermittent rotation, and transmits the total rotation to the lower rotatable die.

    • A contact sensor for detecting operation of a movable probe against force added by an object from any direction. The contact sensor has a movable probe which is supported in a cylindrical housing, a bridge, and only one set of electric contacts which are provided at center of the movable probe and the bridge and pushed each other by a spring provided in the housing. The movable probe comprises a hollow connector, a stylus which fixed at one end of the connector and extended from an opening of a cylindrical housing, and a flange which is provided at the other end of the connector. The flange is freely mounted on an annular fulcrum fixed on an inner wall of the housing so that electric signals are detected by a detector when the movable probe freely inclines at the fulcrum and the electric contacts operate due to pushing the stylus with an object from any direction.
