摘要： The invention provides a liquid crystal display panel, comprising a plurality of scan lines fabricated along a first axis, a plurality of data lines fabricated along a second axis, a first pixel and a second pixel. Each of the first and second pixels is surrounded by two adjacent scan lines and two adjacent data lines. The first pixel comprises a first thin film transistor (TFT). The second pixel comprises a second and a third TFT. The gates of the second and third TFT are electrically connected to the two adjacent scan lines surrounding the second pixel, respectively. The third TFT further comprises a source electrically connected to a photo-sensor, and a drain electrically connected to an access line fabricated along the second axis. One end of the access line is electrically connected to a signal processor via a switch.

The contrast ratio promotion method comprises the steps of continuously receiving a picture signal during each unit time, continuously calculating a ratio of a luminance of a picture corresponding to the picture signal to the maximum luminance, where the ratio is defined as an instant relative luminance, setting a first ratio, a first buffer time and a first adjusting time, and gradually reducing the brightness of the back light module to a minimum brightness during the first adjusting time when a first cumulated time for the respective consecutive plural instant relative luminances being smaller than the first ratio is longer than the first buffer time.

摘要： A method of repairing an LCD panel having a mura defect is disclosed. The closed seal pattern of the LCD panel has a shape of frame with at least one jut portion directing to a peripheral side of the two substrates. Thus, when a mura defect occurs, a peripheral portion on one side of the two substrates is cut off, wherein the cutting passes across the jut portion of the closed seal pattern to form an opening with respect to the sealed region. An extra amount of liquid crystal can be pressed out through the opening. Then the opening is sealed using a sealant, such that the LCD panel having a mura defect is repaired.

Next, a second pressure is continuously provided to the liquid crystal display panel, and the sealant in the liquid crystal injection hole is removed. Then, a third pressure is continuously provided to the liquid crystal display panel for pressing the liquid crystal out through the injection hole, and the flowed liquid crystal is cleaned out. After that, the liquid crystal injection hole is sealed with a fresh sealant and a fourth pressure is continuously provided to the liquid crystal display panel. Finally, the fresh sealant is cured and the fourth pressure is removed.
