摘要： The present disclosure sets forth a motion sensing outdoor security light with the flexibility of being mounted to either a wall structure or to an eave or ceiling structure. An adjustable spherical motion sensor housing may be provided with the rotationally adjustable outdoor security light, allowing easy adjustment of motion detection ranges under different mounting schemes without comprising the aesthetic design of the light. The adjustable spherical motion sensor housing may also provide an enlarged horizontal field of view for better performance.

摘要： A vehicle characterizes a sunload on the vehicle using an imaging system including at least one camera capturing image data (e.g., without using an ambient light sensor). The image data includes at least a portion of a passenger cabin. A region of interest (ROI) overlay receives the image data and extracts selected image data according to predetermined scene elements of the vehicle environment. An occupant overlay is configured to detect a vehicle occupant represented in the selected image data and configured to generate truncated image data by subtracting image data corresponding to the vehicle occupant from the selected image data. An ambient light model uses environmental parameters including a sun position to estimate an expected sunload range. A mapper generates a sunload map comprising respective sunload values for a plurality of locations on the vehicle according to the truncated image data and the expected sunload range.

摘要： A readout circuit for an amplitude modulating sensor includes a first and second wavelength light source; an optical coupler coupled to receive a first light signal from the first wavelength light source and a second light signal from the second wavelength light source; a frequency selector that allows for the first light signal to pass to the amplitude modulating sensor; and a detector system coupled to the optical coupler to receive the first light signal and the second light signal after the first light signal is modulated by the amplitude modulating sensor and independently detect the two signals. The detector system generates electronic signals representing the modulated first light signal and the second light signal and removes a common mode signal of the modulated first light signal and the second light signal, removing common mode noise or attenuation in the modulated first light signal.
