    • One aspect of the invention involves a honeycomb panel insert for use with a honeycomb panel. The insert comprises a generally cylindrical body having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface, a first end, an opposite second end and a longitudinally extending passage having a first opening in the first end and a second opening in the second end. The first opening has a first perimeter and the second opening has a second perimeter that is relatively smaller than the first perimeter. The longitudinally extending passage has a first section having a first diameter, a second section having a second diameter that is relative smaller than the first diameter and a third section having a third diameter that is relatively smaller than the second diameter. The difference between the first and second diameters provides a first ledge and the difference between the second and third diameters provides a second ledge.

    • A penetrated floating nut includes: a first retaining member including a cylindrical first cylindrical section and a first flange section provided at one end portion of the first cylindrical section; a second retaining member including a cylindrical second cylindrical section and a second flange section provided at one end portion of the second cylindrical section, the second cylindrical section being joined to the first cylindrical section of the first retaining member; and a nut housed in the first cylindrical section of the first retaining member with a gap therebetween and including a third flange section at one end portion of the nut and further including rotation stopping means between the nut and the first cylindrical section of the first retaining member, the third flange section being housed in the second cylindrical section of the second retaining member with a gap therebetween and being capable of contacting an end surface of the first cylindrical section of the first retaining member. A bolt fastened to the nut is capable of penetrating through the penetrated floating nut from the first retaining member side to the second retaining member side.

    • A table tennis table that utilizes a honeycomb core for its structure and stability. The honeycomb core has top tabs and bottom tabs which fold at approximately a right angle to each tabs' respective original plane. The bent tabs provide more surface area (and hence more contact) between an upper surface on top of the honeycomb core and a bottom surface on a bottom of the honeycomb core. A method of manufacturing the table utilizes a tab bending guide in order to efficiently bend each tab. The table (without its upper and lower surface) is pushed through the tab bending guide which bends the tabs accordingly, upon which the upper and lower surfaces can then be fixed using glue to the honeycomb core.
