摘要： A ground contact and a method for conducting electric currents from a rotor part of a machine to a stationary stator part of the machine, the rotor part having an axis or shaft, the ground contact comprising a holder device connected to the stationary stator part of the machine in an electrically conductive manner and a contact realized as a flexible conductor having a free end disposed on a circumference of the rotor part and an end fastened on the holder device, the conductor being inherently stable such that a contact force can be applied to a contact surface for establishing an electrically conductive sliding contact between a sliding contact surface of the conductor and the circumference of the rotor part. The conductor is bendable such that the free end extends in the direction of a rotational axis of the rotor part when disposing the ground contact on the rotor part.

摘要： A shunt extends from a brush received by a brush box of a brush holder. The first end of the shunt can be connected to the brush, and the second end of the shunt can connect to the brush holder. A lever connects to a back plate of the brush holder, and the lever may reversibly and selectively rotate between a first position and a second position; the lever can have a distal portion, and the second position of the lever secures a portion of the shunt between the distal portion of the lever and another component of the brush holder. The secured portion of the shunt can restrict downward movement of the brush in the brush box, while a spring pushes downward on the brush in the brush in the brush box, to thereby fixedly position the brush in the brush box.

摘要： A brush holder of the present invention is formed by a plurality of brush holder units in serial connection. Each brush holder unit includes an insulating base, a brush frame, and two carbon brushes. The insulating base has a protrusion and a recess on opposite sides. The brush frame has a main body received in the recess and two branches projected from opposite ends of the main body. The carbon brushes are provided on the branches of the brush frame. The protrusion of the brush holder unit is inserted into the recess of another brush holder unit to serially connect the brush holder units as well as to secure the brush frame in the recess. Therefore, the brush holder may be formed by serially connecting the brush holder units in a fast and easy way, and it provides a stable signal transmission.
