摘要： The present invention discloses a method for obtaining a tensile armor configuration of a flexible conduit comprising the steps of mounting an end ring engaged with the terminal region of each wire of each tensile armor, defining an initial position, which axially displaces the end ring in opposite direction to a free end of the flexible conduit, from the initial position to an end position, so as to cause flexure in the wires of each tensile armor and securing the end ring in end position, to maintain the wires of each tensile armor flexed. The present invention also proposes a connector for a flexible conduit, said connector comprising an end ring engaged with the terminal region of each wire of each tensile armor and fixed in an end position so that the wires of each tensile armor are flexed.

摘要： A flexible hose having an inner tube member made from a thermoplastic elastomeric material and an outer tube member made from a fabric like material. The inner tube member is secured to the outer tube member only at an inlet coupler and an outlet coupler. The inlet coupler is constructed to secure to a water supply provided from a conventional household water spigot. The outlet coupler incorporates a flow restrictor allowing the inner tube member to equalize in pressure with pressurized water received from the water supply. Pressurized water expands the elongated inner tube member longitudinally along a length of the inner tube member and laterally across a width of the inner tube member thereby substantially increasing the length of the hose to an expanded condition wherein the hose contracts to a substantially decreased length when there is a decrease in pressurized water.

摘要： A pipe coupling construction which can be used for coupling of a high-pressure pipe includes an inner bush of a non-metallic material and an outer bush, which bushes in axial section have parts which mesh with each other in order to transmit axial forces. The inner bush can be fused or adhered to an outer cover layer of the pipe. The coupling has a metal sleeve construction. The outer bush has an outer bush protruding end which protrudes with respect to the inner bush and the metal sleeve construction is at least partially located within the outer bush protruding end. The metal sleeve construction and outer bush in axial section have parts which mesh with each other.

摘要： Device for a double hose structure with an inner main hose and an outer cover hose defining an annular space giving buoyancy in water. At least one end is provided with a coupling member forming a mount for the main hose and the cover hose which at a free end merges into a threaded portion for connecting the hose assembly to an auxiliary connection. The coupling member comprises an inner coupling sleeve connected to one end of the main hose and an outer coupling sleeve connected to the cover hose, the inner and outer coupling sleeves being mutually connected forming a liquid tight termination of the annulus by a ring-shaped plate. The plate is attached with screws through holes only to the outer sleeve, the plate being forced against a shoulder of the inner coupling sleeve by a ring nut with internal threads matching external threads on the inner sleeve.

The coupling member surrounds an armor layer at a free end of the flexible pipe or hose. A sealing area is defined by a recessed portion of the pipe coupling into which a sealing material is introduced. An inner liner layer of the flexible pipe or hose may extend into the sealing area where it is bonded to the sealing material. The sealing material and the inner liner layer may each be comprised of a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material. Furthermore, a reinforcement material may be provided in the inner liner layer.
