摘要： The instant invention provides for novel lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations, containing cationic lipids, for use as vaccine adjuvants and/or as antigen delivery systems. It is an object of the instant invention to provide LNP formulations that demonstrate enhancements in humoral and/or cellular immunogenicity of vaccine antigens, particularly subunit vaccine antigens, when utilized alone or in combination with immunostimulatory agents (e.g. small molecule or oligonucleotide TLR agonists). The instant invention further identifies physical and chemical properties of the LNP formulations that can be manipulated to enhance antigen efficiency and adjuvant tolerability in vivo.

A power management system within the ironing board has a sensor that detects whether the iron is connected to the ironing board. The power management system detects thermostatically regulated demands for electrical current by each of the ironing board and iron and a controller selectively provides electrical current to at most one of the ironing board heater element and iron so as to not exceed a predetermined maximum electrical current. Control circuitry provides either a fixed or proportional temperature differential between the ironing board and the connected iron. The ironing board can include a height adjuster for selectively adjusting a height of the ironing board.

摘要： A steam finishing platen having a work surface through which steam and air can pass. The platen includes up-steam piping within a chamber defined by the platen, and a vacuum port to that chamber. A steam damper is movable between a normally open position where the vacuum port is open to a vacuum source, and a closed position where the damper closes the vacuum port when steam is provided to the up-steam piping. A steam piston, located within the platen chamber, is connected by a spring loaded linkage to the steam damper, and is connected by a steam line to the up-steam piping. When steam is provided to the up-steam piping for steaming a fabric workpiece on the platen, the steam actuated piston closes the steam damper, thereby automatically closing the vacuum port to that steam within the platen chamber.
