摘要： A file sheet binder including a plurality of binding units arranged in parallel. Each of the binding units comprises a flat, elongated base plate and one or more gripping sections, each including a pair of gripping members provided at one surface of the base plate. The paired gripping members have edges which are opposed to each other to form a slit therebetween so that a file sheet can be gripped at an edge portion by the edges forming the slit. An opening is formed in the base plate between the paired gripping members. The gripping members and the base plate are manufactured as an integral part by molding a plastics material. The opening is adapted for removing a core which is used in molding process for defining a space between the paired gripping members.

摘要： A floppy diskette holder for storage of three and one-half inch hard case floppy diskettes is disclosed. The floppy diskettes are held in FD receptacles in an array on each side of a rectangular frame molded of elastic resin. A pair of resilient tabs extend from both ends of an open edge of one side wall of each FD receptacle so as to press both outside portions of the slide cover of the floppy diskette. A pair of hook holders project at both ends of an upper side of the rectangular frame for holding hooks. The hooks are used to engage with hanger rails in desk's file drawer. An index tab is provided between the hook holders for convenient reference.

The hanging file frame includes longitudinal beams which are supported by an upper beam clasping element and a lower support element. Connectors secure the upper beam clasping element to the lower support element. The upper beam clasping element opens to accept the longitudinal beams. In one embodiment, upon closure of the clasping elements, the longitudinal beams are pressed against the nibs, thereby securing the beams to the clasping elements. In another embodiment, the longitudinal beams are pressed against raised strips, thereby securing the beams to the clasping element. In another variation, a frame member is comprised of a pair of U-shaped members, each having a gripping section, and having horizontally extending legs coupled together by a positionally adjustable sleeve slidably movable along the legs.

摘要： A hanging file frame system adapted to accommodate conventional hanging file folders comprising two side rails, two cross member rods and two hoops joined together by four modular joint supports. The side rails are of relatively flat stock with a plurality of breakaway notches in one end. The cross members and the hoops are formed from round bar stock of the same diameter. The cross members are round bar stock of a predetermined length. The hoops are bent from a single piece of stock forming a foot section, uprights at either end of the foot section, two terminating horizontal tangs and barbs on each tang. The modular joint supports are interchangeable and constructed of a resilient but somewhat flexible plastic. The supports comprise minor bosses in a horizonal orientation whenever the hanging file frame is assembled with internal keyways running parallel with the central axis of the minor bosses, and a major boss formed in the side of the support. The barbs on the tangs of the hoops are matched or timed to the keyways. When the tang is inserted into the minor boss, it locks preventing rotation of the hoop and collapse of the system.

摘要： A combined binder and suspended file assembly has an elongated spine defining an elongated triangular channel with two substantially planar elongated members integrally formed in a hinged relationship to the edges of the channel. The binder and file assembly further includes pins and mating securing recesses wherein the pins are integrally formed on one of the elongated planar members, and the recesses are formed in the opposite planar member, such that the pins are inserted through holes in the sheets of paper to bind the paper. The binder and file assembly is suspended from a two rail suspension filing system by two retractable hooks, each of the hooks slidably engaged to one of the ends of the spine member and further wherein the hooks and spine member include interfitting recesses and ridges so as to enable the hooks to lock in a retracted position and in an extended position. The binder and file assembly also includes a recess on the outer surface of the spine for receiving a label, which is angled in a direction for easy viewing when the assembly is stored in a suspended filing system.
