摘要： A tool bit assembly includes a tool bit having a shaft with a first working region disposed at a first end of the shaft and a first reduced diameter portion proximate the working region and disposed between a first shoulder and a second shoulder. A floating sleeve has a rear portion with a pair of opposed window openings, a front portion supporting a magnet, and a pair of balls, with each ball disposed in one of the window openings. The floating sleeve is receivable over the tool bit with the magnet proximate the first working regions and the balls received in the first reduced diameter portion to allow the floating sleeve to move between a first position in which the balls abut the first shoulder and a second position in which the balls abut the second shoulder.

摘要： A magnetic positioning device for a hand tool includes a body, a sleeve movably mounted to the body, a first clip and a second clip respectively mounted to the body, a resilient member mounted to the body to provide a resilient force to assist the sleeve to be moved to three positions relative to the body. A bead is inserted in a radial hole of the body so as to be engaged with a notch of a bit in the body. A magnetic member is received in one end of the sleeve to attract an object (a bolt) so that the bit can be easily drive the object which does not drop from the sleeve. The object is pushed to be separated from the sleeve by the bit when moving the sleeve to removing position. A magnet is received in the body to position the bit at the body.

摘要： A hand tool assembly with magnetic securing device includes a body, a sleeve, a collar and two resilient pieces. The body has a first space and a first groove. The sleeve has a first passage, a second space, a third space, a first distance and a fourth space. A magnetic part is located in the second space. A clip is engaged with the first groove and movable within the third space. A collar is secured in the fourth space to restrict the clip to prevent the body from dropping form the sleeve. The collar has two resilient pieces received therein and each resilient piece has a third engaging portion which contacts the outer periphery of the body to provide friction when the sleeve is moved relative to the body. A driving piece is connected to the body and drives a bolt or a screw which is attracted by the magnetic part.

The apparatus includes a drive portion configured for being received by a rotary tool, a bit holder extending from the drive portion and configured for receiving a tool bit, the bit holder defining an elongate portion, and a sleeve configured for translatable movement along the elongate portion. The sleeve has a first extended position in which an end of the sleeve extends substantially beyond the tool bit and a retraction position in which the sleeve does not enclose the tool bit. A spring biases the sleeve into the extended position. Pressing of an end of the sleeve against a working surface imparts translation of the sleeve in a direction from the extended position towards the retracted position.
