摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing a film-wrapped electrical device, including: a first injection step of depressurizing, to a given pressure lower than atmospheric pressure, the inside of an injection chamber (2) in which a bag-shaped laminate film wrapping member (29) is placed, the laminate film wrapping member (29) having an opening portion (29a) and housing an electrode assembly (21′) including a positive electrode and a negative electrode stacked with a separator therebetween, and injecting part of a predetermined injection amount of an electrolyte solution (20) into the wrapping member (29) through the opening portion (29a); and a second injection step of, after the first injection step, pressurizing the inside of the injection chamber (2) to a pressure higher than the given pressure and injecting the rest of the predetermined injection amount of the electrolyte solution (20).

摘要： In accordance with the teachings described herein, a multi-level thin film capacitor on a ceramic substrate and method of manufacturing the same are provided. The multi-level thin film capacitor (MLC) may include at least one high permittivity dielectric layer between at least two electrode layers, the electrode layers being formed from a conductive thin film material. A buffer layer may be included between the ceramic substrate and the thin film MLC. The buffer layer may have a smooth surface with a surface roughness (Ra) less than or equal to 0.08 micrometers (um).

The first tension F1 and the second tension F2 are given by separate tension giving means, and the second tension F2 is tension given along the support sheet 20 in the long direction and able to prevent shrinkage of the support sheet 20 in the long direction while passing through the drying zone 44.

摘要： An impregnated capacitor which has a coiled body of alternate layers of plastic dielectric foils and charge-carrying elements characterized by the outer or convex surfaces of the chargecarrying elements being rougher than the inner or concave surface to facilitate the flow of an impregnating material through the coiled body. The process for making the capacitor includes heating the coiled body prior to impregnation to shrink the dielectric foil to increase the space between each of the concave surfaces and its adjacent dielectric layer and to decrease the spacing between each of the convex surfaces and its adjacent dielectric layer, then impregnating the coiled body to fill all the spaces or gaps between the layers.
