摘要： To provide a portable hydrogen-water generating pot that can generate highly concentrated drinkable hydrogen water anytime and anywhere in a short amount of time by using not only drinking water but also water or liquids, such as coffee, that have water as their major ingredient as raw water, wherein the portable hydrogen-water generating pot comprises a vessel's main body 1 made of a transparent cylindrical member 1a etc.; a fixed-quantity water supply means 2 provided in the lower part's upper layer block 1b located in the lower part of the vessel's main body, the fixed-quantity water supply means 2 supplying a certain quantity of water contained in the vessel's main body 1 to a chemical tank 6 created in the lower lid 1c of the lower part; a gas passage 4, equipped with a check valve 3, also provided in the lower part's upper layer block 1b, the gas passage 4 allowing hydrogen gas generated in the chemical tank 6 to move to the vessel's main body 1; a chemical tank 6, for containing a hydrogen-generating agent 5, arranged in the lower lid 1c that forms the lower layer of the lower part of the vessel's main body 1; an upper part block that forms the discharge port part 7 located in the upper part of the vessel's main body 1; and a lid 9, equipped with a pressure reducing valve 8, detachably and externally attached to the discharge port part 7.

摘要： A method of treating sour water from industrial processes such as coal gasification. The method includes injecting a polysulfide into a sour water stream to convert cyanide to thiocyanate, thereby reducing the corrosiveness and toxicity of the sour water stream. The method also includes the step of mixing the sour water stream with a reactant to remove CO2 in its various forms in a reaction tank and subsequently routing the stream to a solid settler. The method further includes adjusting the pH of the sour stream in a pH correction tank before sending the sour water stream through a stream stripper for H2S and/or NH3 removal. After passing through the stripper, the treated sour water stream is sent to a biological treatment process for thiocyanate and formate removal. Subsequent treatment steps can be applied, such as multi-grade filters and activated carbon filters, to prepare the treated sour water for reuse.

摘要： A surface active compound is supplied into contact with an oilfield production fluid that comprises a mixture of water and oil including water soluble organics. The surface active compound comprises at least one alkoxylate chain and at least one end group attached to each of the at least one alkoxylate chain. The surface active compound is supplied into the oilfield production fluid at a dosage rate that is effective to self-associate at interfaces between the water and oil and inhibit the water soluble organics in the oil from entering the water when the oilfield production fluid is depressurized.
