    • A boat docking apparatus includes a guide assembly adapted to guide a boat through an entranceway. The guide assembly includes a beam with a horizontal and a vertical element which includes a first end and a second end. A first vertical frame is coupled to the first end of the horizontal element and a second vertical frame is coupled to the second end of the horizontal element. A slider apparatus is coupled to each of the first vertical frame and second vertical frame. A first door and a second door is coupled to the slider apparatus and a first roller coupled to the first door, and a second roller coupled to the second door. A boat lift is coupled to the horizontal element of the guiding assembly and includes a structural platform on which the boat is to be docked.

    • There is provided a storage system for storing and retrieving watercraft or other items to or from a storage position in a storage area as part of an enclosure having a plurality of storage areas. The storage system may include at least one carrier to support the item during movement to or from a storage position, and a positioning system to move the carrier system. An elevator system is usable to move the positioning system and carrier system to and from a storage area, and a control system is usable to control the positioning system to move the carrier system and item into and out of its storage position.

    • The present invention provides a dry stack craft storage system, such as for storing and retrieving watercraft from a body of water. The storage system generally comprises an enclosure having a support system provided therein to form a series of storage positions for craft. The support system may be of various types, including one or more floor supports, on which a plurality of watercraft may be positioned and stored via a tram system to allow movement of the watercraft on the support floor. Alternatively, the support system may comprise a framework system generally formed as a series of support columns that stand parallel to the enclosure wall and provide support and protection of watercraft stowed in the storage facility. The framework may further have a series of cross beams that together with the columns provide a series of adjustable berths for the watercraft.
