摘要： Devices to repair divots made a golf course include embodiments mounted on a golf cart for transport, and a hand-held embodiment that can fit a golf cart cup holder. Both embodiments comprise a container with a seed/fill mixture, a rake to prepare the divot for repair, and a dispenser mechanism. The cart embodiment includes a cable-operated dispensing mechanism, one embodiment using movement of the rake, the other a cable-operated rotating nozzle to dispense seed. The hand-held embodiment comprises a canister containing the seed/fill mixture and an attached rake. To repair a divot, the hand-held device is positioned proximate the divot, the rake is used to prepare the area, and the device is rotated to cause the seed to be dispensed into the prepared area, thereby repairing the divot and providing for the growth of fresh grass.

A shaft extension is removably attached to the first end, and a ball retriever component is disposed on the first end of the extension. A divot-pressing component is on the top end of the ball retriever. The system also features first and second scooper shafts, wherein the first ends are pivotally attached to the main shaft via a hinge and the second ends are curved towards the first end of the main shaft. The scooper shafts can pivot between at least a vertical and horizontal position. Scoops on the second end of the scooper shaft which are half-pipe in shape with an apex, wherein the apex is attached to the second end of the scooper shafts.
