摘要： An absorbent article comprises first and second substrates and one or more elastic elements disposed at least partially intermediate the substrates. The second substrate is attached to the first substrate and/or to portions of the elastic elements. The absorbent article comprises an adhesive having a first and second pattern of elements disposed on first substrate, and first and second texture zones. The first texture zone comprises a first portion of the substrates, a first portion of the elastic elements, and the first pattern of elements of the adhesive and forms a background pattern in the first portion of the substrates. The second texture zone comprises a second portion of the substrates, a second portion of the one or more elastic elements, and the second pattern of elements of the adhesive and forms a macro pattern in the second portion of the substrates.

摘要： An incontinence brief for an adult wearer has an absorbent body having a fluid-permeable inner side, a fluid-tight outer side, and an absorbent liner therebetween. The body is subdivided into a central part adapted to fit in a crotch region of the wearer, a rear part connected to the central part and adapted to fit against a rear waist region of the wearer, and a front part adapted to fit against a front waist region of the wearer. Two fastening straps adapted to fit around respective sides of a waist of the wearer each have a rear end secured to the rear part and a front part. At least one of the fasteners is provided between its respective front and rear ends with an elastic layer forming an elastically stretchable region, and each of the fasteners has an outer layer formed by a water-jet consolidated fleece.

摘要： A washable absorbent article with a front portion, a back portion and a crotch portion therebetween. The article is constructed with a fully detachable one-piece adjustable belt which is hidden from view when the article is adorned. The belt attaches to rear sideflaps from opposing ends wherein alternate sized belts can be interchanged. Alternative hidden adjustable belts comprise partially detachable one piece units or elongated extensions of the rear sideflaps; and are intended to be wrapped around the waist of the user so the absorbent article can remain in place while a user is performing bodily functions. The belts can be partially or fully detached if a pull up underwear type garment is desired. The front portion is constructed to be brought up between the legs wherein the front portion elongated side flaps are attached to the rear portion of the article to assume a pant like shape. The caregiver may use existing attachment means to keep the absorbent article away from the genitalia while the wearer is performing bodily functions, including fastening front portion sideflaps to back portion sideflaps or laundry securing tabs. Additional washable external absorbent pads can be secured on the absorbent article for added absorbency. Furthermore, the article can be provided with leg coverings by affixing the absorbent body onto open crotch pants.

摘要： A thin disposable insert for adherence onto the crotch portion of a female undergarment for reducing pressure otherwise transferred from the undergarment to the external genital organs of the female is referred to as a panty guard. An anatomically correctly shaped pelvic organ support included within or adhered to the panty guard provides three dimensional support to the pelvic floor of a female. The pelvic organ support and the thin disposable insert provide a barrier between the female pelvic organs and abrasive fabrics of the undergarment. The pelvic organ support provides a porous space between tight-fitting non-breathable undergarments and the genitalia of the wearer, allowing air to flow across the wearer's skin. The panty guard with a pelvic organ support to prevent infection, lacerations, pelvic floor prolapse, and incontinence.

In particular, the systems and apparatuses disclosed herein prevent or otherwise mitigate pressure by actively orienting a patient over an anatomy-specific pressure-mitigating contact surface on which the patient rests. A pressure-mitigating contact portion of the contact surface includes a plurality of independently pressurized chambers configured in a specific geometric pattern that is designed to mitigate contact pressure between a support surface (e.g., bed or chair) and a specific anatomic region of a patient's body when the specific anatomic region of the patient's body is oriented over an epicenter of the geometric pattern. Securement snaps of the accessory are configured to snap into the exposed snap sockets on the front of the diaper. When the diaper securement accessory is firmly secured to the diaper, the toddler is unable to slide the accessory up or down in an effort to take off the diaper. In particular, the right tab and left tab cannot be pulled off the diaper when the accessory is in place.
