摘要： A connecting structure is provided for connecting a first member and a second member, wherein the first member comprises a connecting upright portion and a plurality of locking flanges provided to extend outwards along the circumferential direction of the outer face of the connecting upright portion, while the second member comprises a connecting side-wall portion that overlies the connecting upright portion and a plurality of locking projections provided to extend inwards from the inner face of the connecting side-wall portion. The bottom faces of the locking flanges distend downwards in a convex curved shape and, when the second member is overlaid on the first member and rotated, the upper faces of the locking projections are guided with sliding contact along the convex curved bottom faces of the locking flanges and stopped at the lowermost position of the convex curved bottom faces.

Specifically, this invention relates to a various embodiments of a fastening system that either attaches to existing buttons or attaches directly to an article of clothing. In preferred embodiments of the present invention, the fastening system has a first portion that attaches to a buttonhole or a first part of the article and a second portion that attaches to a button or second part of the article. The first portion and second portion detachably attach to each other by means of a twist-lock, magnetic mechanism, or some other attachment mechanism. Alternatively, the fastening system can be built directly into an article without augmenting an existing button and buttonhole fastener.

摘要： There is provided a cap, which is one part of a button fastener. The cap comprises a bottom and a circumferential side rising from an edge of the bottom. The cap is composed of an inner layer made of aluminum or aluminum alloy as a first material and an outer layer made of copper or copper alloy as a second material. The first and second layer are laminated on each other continuously across the bottom and the circumferential side. A Vickers hardness of the second material may be harder than a Vickers hardness of the first material. A tensile strength of the first material may be less than 260 N/mm2, and a tensile strength of the second material may be equal to or higher than 260 N/mm2.

The fastening system is comprised of two fastening members, each of which has a base element. A base element of a first member is integrated with hook elements of a hook and eye fastener and the base element of the second member is integrated with eye elements of the hook and eye fastener. A fastener button is fixedly attached to a side of a base element of one of the two members, on a side obverse to the integrated hooks or eyes thereon. The other of the two members comprises an engaging fastener aperture, which extends through the base element and the integrated hooks or eyes thereon. The engaging fastener aperture permit the garment button to pass therethrough, effecting a holding engagement between the member and a garment element.
