    • An operator cab 53, which is mounted rotatable on the vehicle body 51 of a hydraulic mini-shovel 50, comprises a cab box 1, a door 2, upper and lower link members 3 and 4, a slide member 6, a closed door stopper 12 and an opened door stopper 11. The cab box 1 has an internal cab room 1a and an entrance 15, which leads into the cab room 1a. The door 2 closes and opens the entrance 15 when it is moved forward and rearward, respectively. The upper and lower link members 3 and 4 have fixed ends 3a and 4a, each of which is connected pivotally to the cab box 1, and moving ends 3b and 4b, each of which is connected pivotally to the front end of the door 2. The slide member 6 comprises a bumper 6a, which is provided at the rear end of the door 2, and a rocker 6b, which is connected pivotally to the bumper 6a so as to swing freely and slides along a slide rail 5, which is provided externally on the cab box 1. The closed door stopper 12 is provided in front of the slide rail 5 while the opened door stopper 11 is provided in rear of the slide rail 5. When the door 2 is closed, the bumper 6a fits with the closed door stopper 12 to fix the rear end of the door 2. On the other hand, when the door 2 is opened, the bumper 6a fits with the opened door stopper 11 to fix the rear end of the door 2.

    • A conveyor (30) having a plurality of buckets (60) lined up in and fixed to an inner side of a frame (10) is supported so that the conveyor can be circulated in the shape of a loop and substantially horizontally in a substantially vertical plane via rotary shafts (20). The frame (10) is supported so that the frame can be slidingly moved in the vertical direction around guide rods (50) stood up on a river bottom. Gas-containing floats (40) are fixed to the frame (10) to float the frame on the surface of the river flowing water. The river flowing water is made to flow into the buckets (60) lined up on the outer surface of the lower circulating portion (32) of the conveyor, and the conveyor (30) is thereby circulated. A generator (70) connected to one of the rotary shafts (20) supporting the conveyor (30) is thereby rotated.
