摘要： In this butterfly valve (10) provided with: a main body (11); valve shafts (13, 14); and a valve body (30) that is rotatable with respect to the main body, the valve body is formed integrally from a core material (32) and a contour forming member (31) that is formed from a synthetic resin material and that encircles the core material and forms the contour of the valve body. The valve body has bearing holes (33, 34) that support the valve shafts, the contour forming member has a bearing inner peripheral part (36) that forms at least a part of the inner peripheral surface of each of the bearing holes, the contour forming member is formed continuously with the bearing inner peripheral part, and the core material has a bearing reinforcing part (35) that supports the bearing inner peripheral part of the contour forming member, radially outside from the rotation axis of the valve body.

摘要： Provided is a butterfly valve pipe alignment mechanism configured so that favorable usability can be provided and an alignment process in plumbing can be easily performed. In the present invention, a groove (10) into which a positioning tool (11) is to be inserted is provided at a portion below a top flange (6). An end surface position of the groove (10) is on a plane on which a pipe flange (7) and a valve box (1) are joined to each other. The groove (10) is drilled in an elongated oval shape, and groove step portions (10a, 10b, 10c) projecting in both directions of a lateral direction are formed at multiple positions of the groove (10) so that the groove (10) can accept various flange connection standards.

A proportion of the polymer contained in the resin composition is from 0.1% to 30% by mass. A melting point of the thermoplastic resin is no less than 200° C. The thermoplastic resin has a benzene ring in a molecule. The polymer and the thermoplastic resin have blended to form a homogeneous phase. Also provided are a molded product formed from the aforementioned resin composition, and a production method of a molded product including: kneading the resin composition by chaotic mixing; and molding a kneaded product obtained after the kneading.

摘要： Purposes of the present invention are to provide a dry coated sand having a high degree of fluidity at the room temperature, a method of advantageously producing the coated sand, and a method of producing a casting mold having excellent properties, by using the coated sand. The dry coated sand is obtained by mixing an aqueous solution of a water glass used as a binder, with a heated refractory aggregate, whereby water in the aqueous solution is evaporated, and a coating layer of the binder is formed on surfaces of the refractory aggregate. A moisture percentage in the thus obtained dry coated sand is controlled so as to be not more than 0.5% by mass. The intended casting mold is obtained by filling a molding cavity of a forming mold, with the dry coated sand, and passing a steam through the coated sand, to solidify or cure the coated sand.

摘要： A butterfly valve includes a valve body having at least a surface formed of resin material and being formed therein with an internal flow passage, a valve stem rotatably supported by the valve body, a valve element connected to the valve stem to be rotatably supported by the valve body and placed in the internal flow passage, and bushings externally fitted around the valve stem. The valve body is provided with bearing holes each rotatably supporting the valve stem via the corresponding bushing and the bearing holes each have an opening being open to the internal flow passage. Each bearing hole and the corresponding bushing have shapes such that a gap is formed between inner peripheral surfaces of the bearing hole and an outer peripheral surface of the corresponding bushing in a region adjacent to the opening.
