摘要： An information reproduction apparatus for reproducing an item of program information from among a plurality of items of program information recorded on a recording medium, the plurality of items of program information including program information to which reproduction restriction information is added, and the information reproduction apparatus includes: a continuous reproduction specifying device for specifying continuous reproduction of a plurality of items of program information recorded on the recording medium; a determination device for determining based on the reproduction restriction information whether an item of program information is prohibited to be reproduced; and a control device for starting the continuous reproduction of the item of program information if the continuous reproduction of the item of program information is specified through the continuous reproduction specifying device, wherein the control device causes an item of program information determined by the determination device as being prohibited to be reproduced to be skipped and the reproduction to be continued after the continuous reproduction is started.

摘要： A car audio device of the present invention is divided into at least two parts comprising a body part and an operational part which is detachable from the body part. The body part has a system controller, and the operational part has a key input controller for outputting an operation signal to the system controller. The body part and the operational part are detachably connected to each other by a mechanical mechanism, and the signal lines for these parts are electrically connected to each other through detachable contact terminals. The operational part has a gate part which selects the signal from either the key input controller or the remote control receiver. The signal selected is transmitted to the system controller through a common transmission line used by the key input controller and the remote control receiver in common.

摘要： Information can be recorded in an easy-to-use form by appending title information thereto. When audio data is reproduced from an optical disc, such as a CD, and recorded into a hard disk, title information corresponding to the audio data is searched through a database region in the hard disk, and the retrieved title information is appended to the audio data and recorded into the storage region. When the corresponding title information is not retrieved, flag information indicating “no title information” is appended to the audio data so as to be recorded. When updated title information is provided by way of an optical disc or the like, by additionally recording the updated title information into the database region, the title information for the audio data indicated as “no title information” is automatically searched, and when the corresponding title information is found, the title information thus found is appended to the audio data and recorded into the storage region.

The electronic device comprises mounting means for loading a portable recording medium and encrypted information write means for encrypting predetermined information using an encryption key unique to the electronic device and writing the encrypted information in the recording medium. The electronic device further comprises encrypted information read means for reading the encrypted information recorded in the recording medium in the case where the recording medium is loaded in the mounting means, decryption execution means for executing the decryption of the encrypted information using the encryption key, and control means for setting the electronic device in usable mode in the case where the encrypted information is decrypted by the decryption execution means.
