摘要： The present invention provides a glass substrate transmission device and a method for detecting the rotational synchronization of driven shafts. The device comprising: multiple driven shafts, the multiple driven shafts are disposed parallel at intervals along a first direction and each of the driven shafts has a through hole at the first direction; multiple rollers fixed at intervals on the driven shafts for carrying a glass substrate, and rotate with the driven shaft to flow the glass substrate; a reflection; an infrared sensor unit emitting the infrared and receives a reflection light reflected back by an obstacles and emitted by the infrared sensor unit, and determine the rotational synchronization of the driven shafts according to the value of the intensity of the reflected light. The through holes and the reflection plate are located at the propagation direction of the infrared of the infrared sensor unit. By above way, the present invention can timely detect that if the multiple driven shafts rotate synchronously or stop rotating to avoid the glass substrate from scratch or break.

摘要： The present invention discloses a storage system for glass substrate and also a method for storing a glass substrate. The storage system includes a rail system, a plurality of stockers, and a trolley. The rail system is configured with first and second interconnected loops of monorails. And a plurality of stockers is arranged adjacent to the rail system. A trolley is moveably arranged to travel along the first and second monorails of the rail system for transporting glass substrates between the stockers. Accordingly, the yield of the liquid crystal display panel can be increased, while the maintenance costs of the overhead shuttle can be lowered.

摘要： The present invention provides a specialty gas detection method and a specialty gas detection cart for implementing the method. The method includes (1) providing a specialty gas detection cart and a control station; (2) connecting the control station and the specialty gas detection cart to each other in a wireless manner; (3) the specialty gas detector collecting gas information from the environment where the detector is located and transmitting the collected gas information to the data processor to allow the data processor to process the gas information and transmit the result of processing of the gas information via the first wireless transceiver device to the control station; and (4) the control station receiving the result of processing of the gas information and displaying the result of processing of the gas information. Remote monitoring of a specialty gas leakage site can thus be made through the specialty gas detection cart.

The method includes: installing a detecting module in a cartridge, transporting the cartridge to a plurality of storages of the warehouse by a transmission assembly so as to measure the temperature and humidity of each of the storages by the detecting module, transmitting the measured results to a control unit by a wireless network, and dynamically monitoring the temperature and humidity of the warehouses according to the measured results by the control unit.
