摘要： The present invention is related to a pharmaceutical composition for a liver-receptor imaging injection, the pharmaceutical composition including a bi-functional compound which has a ASGPR specificity, wherein the bi-functional compound includes a backbone of alpha-amino acid (or the derivatives thereof) and a poly-galactosamine chain (or a poly-lactose chain) connected to the alpha-amino acid. Thereby, the pharmaceutical composition can quantify potential of liver storage ability and evaluate severity of the course of liver disease. A liver-receptor imaging injection using the same and the one-step dispensing method thereof are also provided to improve defects of iodine-labeled and overcome disadvantages of the reduced labeling-yield and the instability after autoclave sterilization.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for making carrier-free radioactive isotopic gallium-67. Stable isotopic zinc-68 is turned into zinc-68 solid target by disposition or electroplating. Then, the zinc-68 solid target is subjected to a proton beam. A cyclotron is used to provide irradiation from 15 to 40 MeV. After the irradiation, the zinc-68 solid target is dissolved in concentrated acid and turned into solution that contains zinc-65, zinc-68, gallium-67 and gallium-68. High concentrated hydrochloric acid and resin are added into the solution for exchange of ions. Zinc-68 liquid and gallium-67 liquid are filtered and separated from the solution. Thus, pure gallium-67 liquid is produced. With a vaporizer, the gallium-67 liquid is vaporized and turned into radioactive isotopic gallium-67.

摘要： A radioactive material for inhibiting cancer and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The radioactive material for inhibiting cancer is M-SOCTA-Z and M is a radioactive nuclide such as 188Re or 99mT while Z is protein or peptides having amino acid with NH or NH2 group. The preparation method of the radioactive material for inhibiting cancer includes steps of: reacting SOCTA with protein or peptide. Ester (—COOR) in SOCTA reacts with amines (—NH, —NH2) in protein or peptide to form peptide bond. Thus SOCTA-protein or SOCTA-peptide complex is produced. Then these SOCTA-protein complex reacts with radioactive nuclide M so as to generate M-SOCTA-protein or M-SOCTA-peptide. In an embodiment of the present invention, monoclonal antibody Herceptin is applied to bind with SOCTA and in combination with radiation-based therapy, effects of cancer treatment (such as breast cancer) are enhanced.

摘要： The invention discloses an innovative process to produce highly antibacterial nano-composite fabric textile containing silver metal compound. The process mainly uses high-energy D-ray radiation to modify silver type of bactericides and graft or crosslink them onto Nylon or PET fiber surface to produce excellent antibacterial textile products. The mechanism uses silver nano-compound as performance additive and through Co-60 irradiation technique reduces and firmly fastens silver particles onto Nylon or PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) fiber material. Because the inorganic silver type bactericides actively interact with enzymes in bacteria or destroy cell walls to achieve good bactericidal effect, the radiation process does not need initiators or other additives. So the process is simple and effective. The test results prove excellent bactericidal power and potential value in household or medical textile products.

摘要： A radiolabeling method using a multivalent glycoligand as hepatic receptor imaging agent is provided. The multivalent glycoligand-DTPA derivatives (In-111-DTPA-hexa lactoside and In-111-DTPA-tri-galactosamine glycoside) labeled with In-111 are used as hepatic receptor imaging agent. The effects of imaging of a hepatic receptor in different species are evaluated, the lowest specific radioactivity values of hepatic receptor imaging required in different species are discovered. Since the specificity of the human ASGPR closely resembles that of the mouse. This kind of radiolabelling method, agent and related study about specific radioactivity could be used in clinical trial in the future.

摘要： An improved medication dispensing device includes an apyrexia receptacle, a transport pipeline, a perfusion device, a filter, and a dispensing needle, which operates in an environment in compliance with Class 100 laminar air ventilation. The perfusion device erected at the middle of the transport pipeline which has two ends linking to the apyrexia receptacle and the filter, respectively. In operation, the perfusion device pumps the prepared medication solution from the apyrexia receptacle to get through the filter to remove particles and bacterium, and a thin tubular dispensing needle which punctures the rubber plug of an aseptic bottle. An axial groove rendered in middle section of the dispensing needle forms a pressurized seal part with the rubber plug resiliently wrapped around at the middle of the dispensing needle to discharge redundant air pressure accumulating in the aseptic bottle while keeps outside air from entering.
