    • A sealing structure having a gasket installed in an installation groove in one member. The gasket has a body section whose width is less than the width of the installation groove. On opposite ends, in the depth direction of the installation groove, there is provided a pair of seal surfaces that contact a surface of another member and the bottom of the installation groove. The bottom surface of the installation groove is a curve that is deepest at its center in the width direction of the groove. On the gasket body section, on the side corresponding to the bottom of the installation groove, there is formed a pair of groove bottom-side projections extending along the longitudinal direction of the gasket with the seal surface between the projections, projecting from opposite ends in the width direction of the body section, and coming into contact with the surface of the installation groove.

    • A rotating electric machine system includes: a rotating electric machine including a stator and a rotor arranged with a gap to the stator; a casing configured to hold the stator; an electric power conversion apparatus held by the casing, and configured to drive the rotating electric machine; and a first cooling flow path arranged in a portion of the casing between the stator and the electric power conversion apparatus, via which cooling medium is caused to flow so as to cool the stator and the electric power conversion apparatus. And: the electric power conversion apparatus comprises a power module configured to include a power semiconductor element therein; the power module comprises a heat radiation fin; and the heat radiation fin is arranged to protrude toward a cooling medium side via an opening formed between the power module and the first cooling flow path.

    • Provided are ultrasonic actuators and magnetic recording apparatuses that are stably equipped with superior driving performance without making the apparatus complex or raising cost. By providing an approximately equilateral triangular shaped vibrating member provided with piezoelectric deformation members that expand and contract upon the application of a driving signal, and a moving member that is in pressure contact with the three vertices of the vibrating member to cause relative movement with respect to the vibrating member. The moving member is caused to move relative to the vibrating member due to elliptical vibrations in the same rotational direction in basically the three vertices of the vibrating member due to a deformation vibration of the piezoelectric deformation parts.
