摘要： Fuel injection equipment is provided which realizes characteristics of fuel injection proper for all over the operation range of an engine, can further reduce nitrogen oxide(NOx) emission, and is high in mechanical durability. The fuel injection equipment for an internal combustion engine comprises an injection pump having a plunger part and a fuel passage equipped with a main electromagnetic valve, a fuel supply part for supplying the fuel to the fuel injection pump, a fuel injection pipe for sending the fuel to an injection nozzle part, and a secondary electromagnetic valve attached to an overflow pipe for returning to said fuel supply part the redundant fuel not to be injected from said unit injector, wherein an orifice is attached to said overflow pipe.

摘要： When manufacturing a silicon epitaxial wafer by forming a silicon epitaxial layer through vapor phase growth on a front surface of a semiconductor substrate W with a CVD oxide film formed on a rear surface thereof, there is used a susceptor (20) where a pocket (21) inside which the semiconductor substrate W is disposed is formed and at least one pore (22) which passes through the susceptor (20) to a rear surface thereof and is open even during the vapor phase growth is formed in a more central position than that of an outermost peripheral portion inside the pocket (21), and the semiconductor substrate W is disposed such that the CVD oxide film faces the at least one pore (22), thus forming the silicon epitaxial layer on the front surface of the semiconductor substrate W through the vapor phase growth.

摘要： A sound reproducing apparatus converts a sound signal reproduced in a 5 multiple speed reverse reproduction mode into a digital signal by pulses obtained by frequency-multiplying reference sampling pulses by 5 to write the digital signal in a memory 12, and reads out the digital signal by the reference sampling pulses to convert the same to an analog signal. Reading of the signal from memory 12 is performed in response to a read address changed in one direction in a predetermined cycle. Writing of a signal to the memory 12 is performed by using address information changed in the direction opposite to that of the read address signal at a speed five times that of a read address signal as a write address in a cycle corresponding to five-sixth of the cycle of the read address signal and only during a period corresponding to one-sixth of the cycle thereof. Thus, writing is performed with the address being reversed, so that a reproduced sound signal which is considerably long continuous can be derived without interruption even in the reverse reproduction mode.
