    • A toner supply device includes: a toner cartridge having a cylindrical container with a spiral protruding portion therein, and a cap having a toner discharging hole; and a drive unit for supplying a toner from the toner discharging hole while gripping and rotating the cap of the toner cartridge. A positioning portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base end side of the cylindrical container, and a recessed portion engaging the positioning portion is formed in an inlet holder. The drive unit includes: a holder and a holder cover, which are disassembled vertically; a cup-shaped holder guide, rotatably provided in the holder and holder cover, for gripping the cap at a position, at which the holder guide is communicated with the toner discharging hole; a motor for applying torque to the holder guide; and a drive gear for transmitting torque of the motor to the holder guide. When the toner cartridge is attached on or detached from the drive unit, the toner discharging hole is forced to be open and closed. The toner cartridge is formed with a destination unit for allowing the use of only the same destination in the relationship to a product.

    • A water-based pesticidal composition contains 100 weight parts of substantially water-insoluble pesticide and 1.7-200 weight parts of a surface active agent. The surface active agent contains Component A and Component B at weight ratio of A/B=80/20-20/80. Component A is polyalkylene glycol ether derivative of polyethylene polyamine shown by the following general formula and having molecular weight of 20,000-100,000: ##STR1## where R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl group with 1-4 carbon atoms, alkanoyl group with 2-18 carbon atoms, alkenoyl group with 2-18 carbon atoms and polyoxyalkylene glycol group containing oxyethyne unit and oxypropylene unit at weight ratio of (oxyethyne unit/oxypropylene unit=)100/0-50/50, at least one of R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 being the polyoxyalkylene glycol group, and n is an integer 2-250. Component B includes one or more selected from the group consisting of partial esters of polyhydric alcohol selected from sorbitol, sorbitan, glycerine and polyglycerine and unsaturated aliphatic acid with 16-22 carbon atoms and ethylene oxide adducts of such partial esters.

    • A thermal transfer printer capable of quickly starting after being turned on and reproducing high quality color images, includes a photosensitive roller forming a charge pattern according to an ink transferred portion on an ink sheet at a time that the photosensitive roller is exposed to light from a light source through ink transferred portion of the ink sheet while the ink sheet is superimposed on the photosensitive roller. Nonconductive, charged ink powder is applied only to the ink transferred portion by electrostatic force produced in correspondence with the charge pattern. The ink powder filled in the ink transferred portion is then fused by a heating roller to form a uniform thickness of the ink layer of the ink sheet, and the ink sheet is used again for the thermal head of the printer.
