At least one of the races consists of a part separate from the upper cover or from the bearing seat. The cage comprises a framework portion(15) keeping the rolling elements (9) on a rolling circumference, a first lip (16a, 16d) and a second lip (16b, 16c) each extending radially from a periphery of the framework respectively towards the outside and towards the inside of the rolling circumference (17). The first and the second lips (16a-16b, or 16d-16c) are both in sealed contact, on either side of the separate part, with a substantially radial surface portion of the upper cover (4a) or of the bearing seat (5a).

摘要： The rolling-contact bearing comprises a rotating race and a non-rotating race through each of which there pass ducts (6, 7) for passage of fluid, rolling elements (3) between the rotating and non-rotating races, and a sealing device (8) fitted between the rotating and non-rotating races in order to form a leaktight intermediate chamber (14) communicating with the ducts (6, 7) for the passage of fluid. The intermediate chamber has two flexible walls (11) of which the free end parts form two sealing lips (12) in frictional contact with a contact surface (13) of one of the races (2) of the bearing. The frictional contact surfaces (13) are inclined with respect to the axis (XX') of rotation of the bearing. The flexible walls (11) extend substantially parallel to the contact surfaces so that the contact pressure between the sealing lips and the surfaces varies in the same direction as the pressure of the fluid in the intermediate chamber (14) of the sealing device.

摘要： The rolling-contact bearing comprises one outer race 11, two inner races 12,13, two rows of rolling bodies 14 held in cages 15 and a built-in device for detecting the speed of rotation, of the type comprising a sensor means 17 and an encoder means 19 which are located in the annular chamber defined between the inner races 12, 13 and outer race 11 and the rolling bodies 14. The encoder means 19 comprises an active part 20 capable of creating in the sensor means 17 a periodic signal of frequency proportional to the rotational speed of the bearing 1. The encoder means 19 comprises a support part 21 secured to the inner races 12,13 and made of a nonmagnetic material, so that the said support part 21 axially holds the inner races 12,13 against each other before the bearing 1 is mounted in the mechanical assembly for which it is intended.According to the invention, the encoder axially secures the inner races after the bearing has been assembled and cannot come into contact with the rolling bodies.
