The blister cover may include a dispensing area for each compartment of the blister card. To remove a product from the product dispenser the user presses a dispensing area against either a compartment thereby forcing the product through a frangible area on the blister card and through a frangible area in the housing or against a peelable area on the blister card and a frangible area in the housing. This creates an opening through which the product is removed.

摘要： A system and method are provided to establish trust between a user and a policy system that generates recommended actions in accordance with specified policies. Trust is introduced into the policy-based system by assigning a value to each execution of each policy with respect to the policy-based system, called the instantaneous trust index. The instantaneous trust indices for each one of the policies, for the each execution of a given policy or for both are combined into the overall trust index for a given policy or for a given policy-based system. The recommended actions are processed in accordance with the level or trust associated with a given policy as expressed by the trust indices. Manual user input is provided to monitor or change the recommended actions. In addition, reinforcement learning algorithms are used to further enhance the level of trust between the user and the policy-based system.

摘要： A self propelled forklift vehicle having a frame formed by two spaced parallel longitudinal frame members and a rear transverse frame member. The fork carriage is movable forwardly and rearwardly on the longitudinal frame members, along the path of the machine, and carries a fork tower and forks. The forks can be forced below the vehicle to raise the vehicle up beneath the rear of a trailer for transport. The vehicle's rear wheels, which steer and drive the vehicle, are closely spaced and tiltable from side to side to allow for rough terrain, with the operator seat and motor on opposite sides thereof to balance each other. A manually operated split pulley drive allows creeping of the vehicle at a closely controlled low speed. The fork tines include erectable rollers to support part of the vehicle weight when the forks carry a forwardly extended load, to prevent tipping. A front gate causes discharge of the contents of a pallet onto the ground when the fork carriage is retracted. An automatic centering mechanism returns the rear driving wheels to either front driving or rear driving position as selected by the operator.

摘要： A child-resistant package for pharmaceutical articles includes a blister pack having a product casing layer defining blisters, a foil closure layer enclosing articles in the blisters and a reinforcing layer preventing dispensing of each article until an access mechanism is used. Each access mechanism includes a puncturing element of the product casing layer and a tear-away element of the reinforcing layer defined by a perforation line. The puncturing element includes a pointed portion for separating a first end of the tear-away element. Application of pulling force to the first end further separates the tear-away element to expose the foil layer adjacent the blister for dispensing the article. According to one embodiment, the package includes an outer jacket having a mounting portion receiving the blister pack and a cover movable with respect to the mounting portion between opened and closed positions.
