    • An electronic apparatus includes an electronic device, a circuit board, a ground layer and a drive chip. The circuit board includes a substrate, a patterned circuit layer disposed on the substrate and a protective layer exposing a portion of the patterned circuit layer to define at least one ground pin and plural of input/output (I/O) pins. Each of the I/O pins has a first incisive terminal, and a length of the ground pin is greater than a length of each I/O pins. The ground layer covers a portion of the protective layer and a portion of the ground pin. The ground layer has plural of second incisive terminals corresponding to the first incisive terminals. A gap exists between the orthographic projections of each first incisive terminal and the corresponding second incisive terminal on the substrate. The drive chip is electrically connected to the electronic device via the circuit board.

    • A battery connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of contact terminals, conductive terminals and elastic elements which are disposed to the insulating housing. Each elastic element is restricted between the contact terminal and the conductive terminal. The insulating housing defines a plurality of terminal cavities and two inserting slots. Each contact terminal has two resisting arms slidably located in the inserting slots. Each resisting arm protrudes downward to form an abutting arm located in the terminal cavity. Each conductive terminal has two connecting slices inserted in the inserting slots, and a holding slice stretching in the terminal cavity. An electrical connection is realized between the contact terminal and the corresponding conductive terminal by means of the resisting arms electrically abutting against the corresponding connecting slices and the abutting arms electrically clamping the holding slice therebetween under the bias of the connecting slices acting on the resisting arms.

    • An electrostatic discharge protection device adapted for a touch panel, comprising: the touch panel, a flexible printed circuitboard and a plurality of point discharge structures. The touch panel is configured with a plurality of signal lines and at least a ground line while enabling the at least one ground line to be disposed along the circumference of an area enclosing the plural signal lines. The FPC has a plurality of signal lines and a ground line disposed outside an area relating to the plural signal lines for connecting the plural signal lines and the ground line to their corresponding signal lines and ground line of the touch panel. The plural point discharge structures are formed at positions between any two neighboring signal lines for guiding static accumulated on the touch panel to the ground line where it is discharged, by that the touch panel can be protected from ESD damage.
