    • A method and system for preventing skipping the playback of a special content section of a digital media stream is provided. The method comprises a method for providing a digital media stream on the providing side, and a method for playing back a digital media stream as provided by the above providing method on the playing back side. The providing method comprises: decoding an encoded special content section of a digital media stream; generating an encryption key based on the decoded data of the special content section; encrypting a normal content section of the digital media stream using the encryption key; and providing the digital media stream comprising the encoded special content section and the encrypted normal content section. The playback method comprises: receiving the digital media stream; decoding the special content section of the digital media stream; generating an encryption key based on the decoded data of the special content section by using the same method for generating the encryption key in providing the digital media; decrypting the normal content section of the digital media stream using the encryption key; and playing back the special content section and normal content section of the digital media stream.

    • A method for enabling a MIMO operation mode in a multimode communication terminal includes switching a first channel module to have parameter characteristics consistent with those of a second channel module, so that the multimode communication terminal enables the MIMO operation mode by using the first channel module and the second channel module at the same time. The method also includes extracting corresponding parameters from the second channel module and configuring the first channel module to be switched with the extracted parameters, such that the first channel module and second channel module enable the multimode communication terminal to perform MIMO communication. The method further includes issuing, upon determination of a switch, notification instructions to means in channel switch layer means and changing a data channel associated with the first channel module, such that the first channel module and second channel module can be adapted to the MIMO operation mode.

    • A method for building an application installation repository is disclosed herein. In one embodiment a build directory comprising a plurality of application objects is evaluated. Artifact generation rules may also be evaluated with respect to the application objects and the build directory. Object groupings, each comprising one or more application objects of the plurality of application objects, are defined according to the evaluations of the artifact generation rules and the hierarchical directory structure and artifacts are generated according to the object groupings. An installable application is generated that includes the generated artifacts. Artifacts may be further grouped into sharable units and assemblies according to rules and organization of application objects in the build directory. A delta build including only artifacts corresponding to modified files and correspondingly modified metadata may also be generated according to methods disclosed herein. A corresponding computer program product is also disclosed.

    • A method of performing a three-way merge includes receiving first, second, and third versions of a structured document containing first, second, and third pluralities of elements respectively; deserializing the first, second, and third versions to generate first, second, and third tree-structured data models respectively representing the first, second, and third versions; generating an identifier for each node of each data model that is unique within the data model by applying identifier determination rules to a context describing the element corresponding to the node; comparing each identifier in the first data model with each identifier in the second data model to identify each node in the first data model not having matching identifiers with any node in the second data model and to link each pair of nodes having matching identifiers; and applying comparison rules to the contexts of each linked pair of nodes to identify differences therebetween.
