    • A method for desilvering an imagewise exposed and color development processed silver halide color light-sensitive material comprising processing the imagewise exposed and color developed silver halide color light-sensitive material with a processing solution exhibiting bleaching ability which contains at least one of hydrogen peroxide and a compound capable of releasing hydrogen peroxide, wherein the silver halide color light-sensitive material has an emulsion layer comprising a light-sensitive silver halide with at least 90 mol % silver chloride and substantially no silver iodide, the processing solution exhibiting a bleaching ability contains at least one water-soluble chloride, the color developed silver halide color light-sensitive material contains 1 mmol/m.sup.2 or less of a color developing agent in the light-sensitive material when introduced into the processing solution exhibiting a bleaching ability and the desilvering is completed within 30 seconds. The desilvering proceeds rapidly in a stable manner without causing environmental pollution.

    • A video camera equipped with an image sensor for producing an analog video signal, an A-D converter for converting the analog video signal to a digital video signal in a manner that any component thereof above a predetermined luminance level is clipped, and a flare correcting circuit for removing any flare component superposed on the digital video signal. The flare correcting circuit comprises an average luminance level detector for detecting the average luminance level during a time period of several fields of the digital video signal; a clip period detector for detecting the time period, during which the analog signal is clipped, when the analog video signal is converted to the digital video signal by the A-D converter; a flare correction signal generator for producing a flare correction signal in accordance with the output signal of the average luminance level detector and the output signal of the clip period detector; and a subtracter for subtracting the flare correction signal from the digital video signal.

    • A process for forming a color image is disclosed. The process involves providing a color light-sensitive photographic material and imagewise exposing the material. The latent images within the exposed material are then developed and subjected to intensification processing. Thereafter, the material is subjected to treatment with a dilute buffer solution having a pH adjusted within the range of 2 to 7. The process allows for the elimination of the washing step conventionally used in processing photographic materials. Furthermore, the process provides color images having a reduced amount of staining and a large intensification factor while utilizing color photographic materials containing an extremely small amount of silver.
