摘要： The variable displacement swash plate compressor includes a housing, a drive shaft, a swash plate, a piston, a bleed passage, a supply passage and a low-melting member. The housing has a cylinder bore, a suction chamber, a discharge chamber and a crank chamber. The swash plate is supported in the crank chamber by the drive shaft and inclination angle of the swash plate is adjustable. The piston is reciprocally movably received in the cylinder bore. The bleed passage is formed in the housing in communication with the crank chamber and the suction chamber. The supply passage is formed in the housing in communication with the discharge chamber and the crank chamber. The low-melting member is disposed in the bleed passage so as to restrict fluid flow therethrough and has a lower melting point than the housing. When the low-melting member is melted, an opening of the bleed passage is increased.

摘要： A variable displacement type compressor in which a discharge-pressure region, a suction-pressure region and a pressure control chamber are defined, has a tiltable swash plate and a piston reciprocated by the swash plate in the pressure control chamber. The inclination angle of the swash plate and the piston stroke are changed by adjustment of pressure in the pressure control chamber thereby to control the displacement of the compressor. The compressor further comprises a supply passage for supplying refrigerant gas from the discharge-pressure region to the pressure control chamber, a release passage for releasing the refrigerant gas from the pressure control chamber to the suction-pressure region, a first control valve for adjusting a cross-sectional area of the supply passage from the discharge-pressure region to the pressure control chamber and a second control valve for adjusting cross-sectional area of the release passage. The second control valve includes a valve body for opening and closing the release passage whose cross-sectional area is set minimum when the valve body is located at the closed position and a valve spring for urging the valve body in a direction to open the release passage. When the second control valve is closed, pressure in the supply passage downstream the first control valve acts on the valve body in a direction to close the release passage and pressure in the suction-pressure region acts on the valve body in a direction to open the release passage.

摘要： A mechanism for drawing in refrigerant to front compression chambers (28a) of a double-headed piston type compressor differs from a mechanism for drawing in refrigerant to rear compression chambers (29a). More specifically, the mechanism for drawing in refrigerant to the front compression chambers (28a) include suction valves (18a) configured by flap valves. The mechanism for drawing in refrigerant to the rear compression chambers (29a) is configured by a rotary valve (35). Thus, pulsation of the compressor is reduced, so that the generation of noise is suppressed. As a result, a quiet compressor is achieved.

摘要： A displacement control valve for a variable displacement compressor includes a first valve hole forming a part of a supply passage and a second valve hole forming a part of a discharge passage. Displacement of a reciprocating body is transmitted to each of first and second valve bodies so that each valve body opens or closes the corresponding valve hole. When the reciprocating body is within a predetermined displacement range, a double closing state occurs, in which the first valve body closes the first valve hole and the second valve hole closes the second valve hole. When the reciprocating body is out of the displacement range, a single closing state occurs. Therefore, the control valve prevents the first valve hole from opening concurrently with the second valve hole.

摘要： A plated copper alloy material for connecting terminals is provided which comprises a parent material of copper or copper alloy, a nickel layer and a copper-tin alloy layer. The nickel layer has a thickness of 0.1-1.0 μm. The copper-tin alloy layer has a thickness of 0.1-1.0 μm and contains 35-75 at % of copper. The material may additionally have a tin layer no thicker than 0.5 μm for an engaging type terminal containing 0.001-0.1 mass % of carbon, or thicker than 0.5 μm for a non-engaging type connector. The material meets requirements for capability of insertion with a small force, good electric reliability (due to low contact resistance) in a high-temperature atmosphere, workability for sharp bending without cracking, good solder wettability and good corrosion resistance to sulfur dioxide gas.
