摘要： Provided is a production method for the particulate water-absorbing agent, which can collecting the fine powders generated during the producing process efficiently without worsening working environment, and also the particulate water-absorbing agent produced by the production method thereof. This production method includes (1) a polymerization step for obtaining a polymer gel, (2) a drying step for drying said polymer gel to obtain a particulate water-absorbing resin, (3) a classification step for sieving said particulate water-absorbing resin, (4) a surface cross-linking step for cross-linking the neighborhood of the surface of said particulate water-absorbing resin (5) a packaging step for filling a packaging material container with said particulate water-absorbing agent for packaging and (6) a transportation step for transporting the products produced in each of the steps to the other steps. In this production method, the fine powders contained in gas composed principally of air, in any of the steps, can be collected by use of a trapping material.

In a worm forming process after the forging process step, a worm 13 is formed in the small diameter portion 12 by rolled dies. The small diameter portion 12 and the installation depressed portion 11d are formed by cold forging process, so that an outer circumferential face of the small diameter portion 12 and an inner face of the installation depressed portion 11d become even surfaces with small surface roughness.

A converter circuit is formed on each of a plurality of circuit boards, and a plurality of types of terminal connection patterns containing power input terminal connection patterns and power output terminal connection patterns are formed on the end portions of each of the circuit boards with the disposition positions substantially matching each other. The terminal connection patterns at the same position of each circuit board are sandwiched by each of clips of a common terminal member, each of the circuit boards is laminated and fixed, and the converter circuits of each of the circuit boards are connected in parallel. The conduction path for electrically connecting the converter circuit of each circuit board becomes short, making it possible to reduce conduction loss. Also, it is possible to mount a plurality of converter circuits without increasing the occupied area of a motherboard to be mated therewith in comparison with a case in which the circuit boards are provided side-by-side.
