摘要： A system for mobile communication, based on code division multiple access includes base stations, each of which communicates with mobile stations by using a plurality of radio frequencies covering respective cells, the respective cells including a first cell covered by a first radio frequency and a second cell covered by a second radio frequency. The system further includes a base-station controller which communicates with the base stations, and controls the mobile stations to switch from the first cell of a first base station to the first cell of a second base station via a soft hand-off operation and switch between the first cell and the second cell within any base station via a hard hand-off operation, the base-station controller providing the mobile stations with no direct switch between the second cell of the first base station and the second cell of the second base station.

摘要： It is an object of the invention to provide an apparatus for estimating a magnetic pole position of a motor in which the amplitudes of high-frequency currents can be adjusted. In the invention, a controlling apparatus for driving a motor (1-1) by a voltage source PWM inverter (1-2), and controlling a torque and speed, or torque, speed, and position of the motor has: means for switching over first means for producing an arbitrary phase difference in PWM carrier signals between respective two phases such as UV, VW, or WU of three or UVW phases, and second means for causing the phase difference between two phases such as V, VW, or WU of three or UVW phases to become zero; means for extracting high-frequency currents in a same frequency band as carrier signals generated by it, from estimated currents; and means (1-4) for estimating a magnetic pole position by using the extracted high-frequency currents.

摘要： A high-frequency circuit apparatus includes two high-frequency circuits (2, 3) mounted on a printed circuit board (1), two rows of first plated through holes (6) which connect upper and lower ground plates (4, 5) on the upper and lower surfaces of the printed circuit board (1) and which are arrayed in a first direction so that the two high-frequency circuits (2, 3) are disposed between the first plated through holes, and at least two columns of second plated through holes (7) which are arrayed in a second direction different from the first direction, between the two high-frequency circuits to connect the ground plates on the upper and lower surfaces of the printed circuit board, to thereby form a waveguide resonator. A variable capacitance diode can be provided to be connected to a conductor pattern which is electrically isolated from the ground plates and the ground plates so as to adjust the resonance frequency of the waveguide resonator.
