    • The present invention discloses an impedance matching apparatus. The impedance matching apparatus includes: a multilayer printed circuit board; a signal line including a plurality of signal layers with the same pitch and formed by sequentially arranging the plurality of signal layers on the multilayer printed circuit board; and a ground plane including a plurality of ground layers, wherein the plurality of ground layers are arranged to get closer to a bottom surface of the multilayer printed circuit board from a region corresponding to one side of the signal line to a region corresponding to the other side of the signal line. The impedance matching apparatus can implement a line width without any problem of a process yield by determining specific impedance by a distance between the signal layer and the ground layer formed in corresponding positions, thereby improving the process yield.

    • There is provided a regulator with soft-start using a current source. The regulator with soft-start may include: a power switch unit including first and second power switches connected between a power supply terminal and an output terminal; a load capacitor connected between the output terminal and a ground; a voltage detection unit detecting a voltage of the output terminal; a comparison unit comparing a detection voltage and a predetermined reference voltage, and outputting first and second switching signals; a current generating a predetermined constant current; a current control unit switching a connection between a control terminal of the first power switch and the current source unit according to the first switching, and switching a connection between the control terminal of the first power switch and the ground according to the second switching signal; and an error amplification unit amplifying an error voltage between the detection.

    • Provided is a low-power radio frequency (RF) direct current (DC) rectifier. The low-power RF DC rectifier includes a rectification circuit with first and second to n-th rectification units sequentially rectifying an RF signal input through a first input terminal and a second input terminal. The first rectification unit is disposed between the first and second input terminals and a first output terminal of the first rectification unit. The second rectification unit is disposed between the first rectification unit and a second output terminal of the second rectification unit, is biased by the first rectification unit.
