摘要： A method and apparatus of transmitting a control signal in a multi-cell cooperative wireless communication system is provided. The method comprises transmitting to a first user equipment a first control signal for first downlink data by a serving base station and transmitting to the first user equipment a second control signal for second downlink data received from a neighboring base station by the serving base station, wherein the first downlink data is data for the first user equipment, and the second downlink data is data for a second user equipment in a neighbor cell and is restorable by the first user equipment.

The method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a base station receiving, from a terminal in a neighboring cell, a sounding reference signal (SRS) precoded by a first matrix; acquiring an effective neighboring channel matrix using a hermitian matrix of the first matrix from the received SRS, and a downstream link channel matrix between the terminal and base station; and determining a precoding matrix to be transmitted to one or more terminals served by the base station on the basis of the effective neighboring channel matrix. Here, the effective neighboring channel matrix indicates a direction toward which a receiving beam should be directed such that the terminal can receive data from a serving base station thereof.

The method includes splitting data to be transmitted into first data and second data, determining a first beamforming vector for the first data and a second beamforming vector for the second data, and transmitting the first data by using the first beamforming vector and the second data by using the second beamforming vector. The present invention provides a data transmission method which does not cause deterioration of overall system performance while minimizing inter-cell interference.

In a wireless communication system composed of multiple cells, CoMP using DPC can be performed even without data sharing between the cells.
