In the present invention, the SCA-based system integrates parsers related to application driving into one parser to generate one integration parser, and implements a parser manager that executes an integration parser function by a common object request broker architecture (CORBA) component. Therefore, when the other manager components need information of descriptor files related to application driving, the other manager components request it from the parser manager of the corresponding information without generating a new parser, and the parser manager provides the corresponding information to the other manager components.

A method of updating software of mobile communication terminals includes, when software providers provide one or more pieces of update software for updating software of mobile communication terminals, creating a broadcast message including information about each piece of the update software, broadcasting the broadcast message to each of the mobile communication terminals over a wireless communication network, and, when a request to update the software of the mobile communication terminals is received from each of the mobile communication terminals that have received the broadcast message, providing a piece of corresponding update software to each of the corresponding mobile communication terminals over the wireless communication network. Accordingly, mobile communication terminals can be prevented from accessing a network unnecessarily, and ineffective use of wireless resources can be reduced.

摘要： A method for managing neighbor cell interference comprises: a step of measuring inter-cell interference control information by subframe units; and a step of transmitting the inter-cell interference control information measured by subframe units, to at least one neighbor cell for each of the subframes. The interference management method of the present invention dynamically performs neighbor cell interference management under the condition where neighbor cell interference changes in terms of time, thus improving performance of a system. Further, the interference management method of the present invention maps a wireless resource property pattern to a cell ID. Consequently, the system adopting the method of the present invention exhibits excellent performance in any environment.
