摘要： Systems and methods for processing, transmitting, and displaying data received from a continuous analyte (e.g., glucose) sensor are provided. A sensor system can comprise a sensor electronics module that includes power saving features, e.g., a low power measurement circuit that can be switched between a measurement mode and a low power mode, wherein charging circuitry continues to apply power to electrodes of a sensor during the low power mode. The sensor electronics module can be switched between a low power storage mode and a higher power operational mode via a switch, e.g., a reed switch or optical switch. A validation routine can be implemented to ensure an interrupt signal sent from the switch is valid. The sensor can be physically connected to the sensor electronics module in direct wireless communication with a plurality of different display devices.

In one embodiment, an electric cable comprises a cable member, a first connector and a second connector. The cable member in turn comprises at least one insulated conductor, a conductive shielding layer disposed around the at least one insulated conductor; and an insulating layer disposed around the conductive shielding layer. A glucose monitoring system test plug provides for a releasable electrical connection with the electric cable. In one embodiment, the test plug comprises a housing and a fitting affixed thereto which is adapted to electrically couple the test plug with the electric cable. The test plug further includes an electrical circuit that produces a signal that is read by the glucose monitor to test the operational performance of the glucose monitor and the electric cable when the test plug is coupled to the electric cable and when the electric cable is coupled to the glucose monitor.

摘要： A waveguide to waveguide coupled hybrid master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) includes a wavelength locked laser master oscillator (MO) first chip including a semiconductor substrate, a waveguide region having a gain section, one side of the MO including an integrated wavelength selective feedback element and the other side of the MO including an integrated reflective or coupling element on one side the waveguide and an emitting surface opposite the integrated reflective or coupling element for emitting light. A power amplifier (PA) second chip is stacked above or below the MO. The PA includes a semiconductor substrate including a waveguide region having a gain section, an integrated reflective or coupling element on a side of the PA aligned with light emitted from the emitting surface of the MO and a coupling grating or turning mirror and integrated lens on an opposite side of the PA for emitting an output beam.
