    • A hearing device utilizes the effect of forming combination tones from two different tones within the ear based on non-linear transmission characteristics of the ear. The sound signals picked up and converted into electrical signals by the microphone are transposed by a carrier frequency into a frequency range above the audible range and fed to the ear together with the carrier frequency oscillation after a conversion by a sound emitter into acoustic signals, in which through the effect of the difference tone formation the transposition is reversed again, and thus the suitably processed sound signal is once more available in the audible frequency range.

    • In an exemplary embodiment, a radiation detector for receiving the radiation emerging from the radiography subject delivers electrical output signals corresponding to the received radiation profile, generating a relative movement between the support device and the radiation beam, and with a measurand converter and a video unit for the formation of the X-ray shadow image. The radiation detector is an X-ray image intensifier with an outlet-connected television camera. A cancellation device is present which cancels the formation in the target region which is disposed immediately before the line image in the direction of movement of the line image, generated by the X-ray beam, on the target. The effect of the stray radiation on the image quality is thereby eliminated.

    • In an exemplary embodiment, a measuring arrangement comprised of a radiation source irradiates the radiography subject with a fan-shaped x-ray beam. The output signals of the detectors of the radiation receiver control a video unit via a transmission network. The video unit is designed in the manner of a radar video unit in which a number of concentric image point circles is recorded, each of which is locally allocated to a specific detector in the radiation receiver via the transmission network and is modulated in its intensity largely corresponding to the output signal of the associated detector. The recording operation on the viewing screen of the video unit is synchronized with the scan movement of the measuring arrangement.
