The first reference picture is a type of reference picture permitted to be located temporally before or after the current picture. The method further includes selecting the list 1 motion vector of the co-located block in the first reference picture if the co-located block only has the list 1 motion vector, and deriving at least one motion vector of the bi-predictive block by applying a bit operation to the selected motion vector. The bit operation includes 8 bits right shift.

摘要： A method and an apparatus of decoding a video signal are provided. The present invention includes the steps of parsing first coding information indicating whether a residual data of an image block in the enhanced layer is predicted from a corresponding block in the base layer, from the bitstream of the enhanced layer, and decoding the video signal based on the first coding information. And, the step of parsing includes the step of performing modeling the first coding information based on second coding information indicating whether prediction information of the corresponding block in the base layer is used to decode the image block in the enhanced layer. Accordingly, the present invention raises efficiency of video signal processing by enabling a decoder to derive information on a prediction mode of a current block in a decoder instead of transferring the information to the decoder.

The method includes decoding a bit stream of a base layer, obtaining flag information, obtaining information indicating an obtaining position of parameters. The parameters includes at least one of information on a phase shift of a chrominance signal and offset information. The method further includes obtaining the information on the phase shift of the chrominance signal based on the flag information and the information indicating the obtaining position of the parameters, and obtaining the offset information based on the flag information and the information indicating the obtaining position of the parameters. The method further includes up-sampling the picture of the base layer, and decoding a bit stream of an enhanced layer based on the reference picture up-sampled from the picture of the base layer, the information on the phase shift of the chrominance signal and the offset information.

The method includes obtaining inter-layer prediction identification information and quality identification information. The method further includes obtaining prediction constraint information based on the inter-layer prediction identification information and the quality identification information. The prediction constraint information indicates whether it is constrained to use an intra-base prediction mode in predicting a current block when a corresponding block covers at least two slices of a base layer. The method further includes decoding a current block by using the intra-base prediction mode when the prediction constraint information indicates it is not constrained to use the intra-base prediction mode in predicting the current block in case that the corresponding block covers at least two slices of the base layer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for processing video signals, the method comprising: decoding a current frame of a video signal in block units to generate a restored frame, and acquiring first and second flags to acquire a filter coefficient which is adaptively determined from the video signal for each slice on the basis of flag information, or performing deblocking filtering with a predetermined filter coefficient. The present invention relates to a video signal processing method which includes an inter-frame prediction method that determines a motion vector, and a method for performing inter-frame prediction for a residual image. The method for processing video signals can increase the compression encoding efficiency by performing accurate motion prediction and residual image prediction, and can improve the quality of a restored image by removing distortion and performing a filtering for restoring an image that is close to the original image.

The macroblock is decoded by selecting at least one reference picture from the reference picture list using the determined reference picture index.

摘要： A boundary intra coding flag is obtained according to a current macroblock type. When the boundary intra coding flag indicates that the current macroblock is coded in an intra prediction mode using boundary intra coding, boundary coding information is obtained, and a boundary in the current macroblock is induced based on the boundary coding information. Therefore, the regions divided by the boundary can be coded in the intra prediction mode. The accuracy of a predicted pixel value can be improved by performing the intra prediction for regions divided by the boundary. Accordingly, the residual data transmitted to a decoder can be reduced.
