摘要： A microstrip line includes a signal strip conductor and a ground conductor. A coplanar line includes two regions. A first region includes a signal strip conductor which is connected to the signal strip conductor of the microstrip line via a wire or the like and a ground strip conductor which continues to the ground conductor. A second region is formed with a ground strip conductor formed above the ground strip conductor via a through hole. A transmission mode changes itself in the microstrip line, the first region of the coplanar line, and the second region of the coplanar line in the sequence as described. This enables converting the transmission mode efficiently from the microstrip line to the coplanar line.

摘要： A waveguide-transmission line converter has a waveguide including side walls which have inner corners at an open end of the waveguide. The inner corners are beveled to provide tapered inner surfaces. Even if a dielectric substrate is assembled out of alignment with the waveguide due to an assembling error, edges of a ground metal layer on the dielectric substrate are exposed from the beveled inner corners at the open end of the waveguide. The beveled inner corners keep the waveguide spaced widely from edges of a matching element on the dielectric substrate, preventing an electric field concentration from occurring between the waveguide and the matching element. The waveguide-transmission line converter has electromagnetic energy passing and reflecting characteristics prevented from varying.

A post-update test pattern for an operational test of the post-update operation description is generated by inheriting at least a portion of the extracted pre-update test pattern.

The flat face portion includes a plurality of unit planes continuously formed at predetermined angles to a direction of the circumference on the peripheral surface of the shaft. The unit planes are formed so as to extend substantially in parallel with an axial direction of the shaft.

The aqueous dispersion obtained, having excellent applicability to the surface of the base paper upon preparation of heat-sensitive recording papers and containing dispersoids of a heat-sensitive dye and a color developing agent dispersed in fine particles, can produce heat-sensitive recording materials having markedly high resolution.

C. and a shear rate of 10 sec.sup.-1, (A) is viscosity at 60.degree. C. and a shear rate of 10,000 sec.sup.-1 of an adjusted aqueous solution resulting from the adjustment of the viscosity to 100 centipoise at 60.degree. C. and a shear rate of 10 sec.sup.-1 with said compound ratio of each of the components kept constant, and (B) is viscosity of 100 centipoise at 60.degree. C. and a shear rate of 10 sec.sup.-1 of said adjusted aqueous solution. The said aqueous solution is stuck to the yarn in an amount of 3 to 12% by weight based on the bone-dry weight thereof.
