摘要： A flattening layer is provided between an anode and a solid electrolyte. The flattening layer has a porosity which is set to be smaller than that of the anode. Large diameter pores, which are open at an end surface of the anode on a side facing the solid electrolyte, are filled with the flattening layer, and projections, which bulge out of the end surface, are buried therewith to flatten the projections. Therefore, when the solid electrolyte is formed on the flattening layer, the solid electrolyte is prevented from any depressions and bulges on which stress is concentrated.

摘要： An isolation which is higher in a stepwise manner than an active area of a silicon substrate is formed. On the active area, an FET including a gate oxide film, a gate electrode, a gate protection film, sidewalls and the like is formed. An insulating film is deposited on the entire top surface of the substrate, and a resist film for exposing an area stretching over the active area, a part of the isolation and the gate protection film is formed on the insulating film. There is no need to provide an alignment margin for avoiding interference with the isolation and the like to a region where a connection hole is formed. Since the isolation is higher in a stepwise manner than the active area, the isolation is prevented from being removed by over-etch in the formation of a connection hole to come in contact with a portion where an impurity concentration is low in the active area. In this manner, the integration of a semiconductor device can be improved and an area occupied by the semiconductor device can be decreased without causing degradation of junction voltage resistance and increase of a junction leakage current in the semiconductor device.

摘要： A method of and system for manufacturing a microstructure having high form accuracy and a manufacturing system is disclosed. On a rough motion stage having a predetermined positioning accuracy and a large stroke length, a fine motion stage having a small stroke length and a higher positioning accuracy is placed. First, the rough motion stage is moved to a desired position. By use of a mirror placed on a laser length measuring machine and the fine motion stage, the current position of a thin film member on the fine motion stage is precisely measured. This measurement value is feed-backed to a stage control device, and a difference between the current position and a target position is calculated by an error correcting unit. Thus, an error correcting instruction value is generated to move the fine motion stage to the target position. Thus, an error of the rough motion stage is corrected.

A binder is added, followed by being dispersed in a solvent to prepare granular particles by a spray drying method. The particles are used to obtain a compact by press forming. A YSZ paste is printed on one end surface of the compact, and the compact and the paste are sintered together to prepare an anode and a solid electrolyte. A paste of La0.6Sr0.4MnO3 is printed on one exposed end surface of the solid electrolyte, followed by being heated to calcine a cathode. Thus, an electrolyte-electrode joined assembly is obtained.
