Each segment of the multiple segments is associated with captioning data of the video content. The method also includes determining, at the computing device, first contextual information of a first segment of the multiple segments based on a set of factors. The method further includes in response to a determination that the first contextual information matches the particular contextual information, storing a first searchable tag associated with the first segment.

Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, can be implemented as follows. A distribution module retrieves a distribution list identifying at least one user that is to be notified about the publication of the electronic document.
