摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to techniques and configurations for an integrated circuit (IC) package having an underfill layer with filler particles arranged in a generally random distribution pattern. In some embodiments, a generally random distribution pattern of filler particles may be obtained by reducing an electrostatic charge on one or more components of the IC package assembly, by applying a surface treatment to filler to reduce filler electrical charge, by applying an electric force against the filler particles of the underfill material in a direction opposite to a direction of gravitational force, by using an underfill material with a relatively low maximum filler particle size, and/or by snap curing the underfill layer at a relatively low temperature. The operating section is operable to drive the lifting section to push the electronic assembly out of the retaining space.

The radiating portion includes a first metal portion, a second metal portion, an inductively-coupled portion, and a third metal portion. The first metal portion has a first coupling metal portion and a signal feeding line electrically connected thereto. The second metal portion has a second coupling metal portion and a shorting metal portion electrically connected thereto with a shorting point connected to the ground plane. The first and second coupling metal portions are coupled and a capacitively-coupled portion is formed therebetween. The inductively-coupled portion is connected between the third and second metal portions. The first and second metal portions enable the antenna to generate a first operating band. The first, second and third metal portions enable the antenna to generate a second operating band, the frequencies of which are lower than those of the first operating band.

摘要： The present invention includes a method for preparing a nanoparticle filled nanocomposite material, the method including the steps of providing a plurality of nanoparticles. attaching a first layer of organic ligand to the nanoparticle via a phosphate or phosphonate linkage, covalently attaching a second layer of matrix compatible polymer to said first layer of organic ligand to produce modified nanoparticles, providing a polymer matrix and dispersing the modified nanoparticles in the polymer matrix, wherein the dispersement of the modified nanoparticles into the polymer matrix results in a nanocomposite material, and wherein the modified nanoparticles are modified such that the first layer is proximal to the nanoparticle and the second layer is distal to the nanoparticle. Also within the scope of the invention are modified nanoparticles, alternative nanocomposite materials and methods of making the same.
