摘要： A method and apparatus for reducing spectrum interference between wireless networks. This is realized by arranging at least one sub-coordinating apparatus, namely, a monitoring apparatus, in respective wireless network, and by arranging a coordinating apparatus, namely, an allocation apparatus in the whole network. Wherein, the sub-coordinating apparatus monitors the spectrum utilization situation of the wireless network where it is located, reports it to the coordinating apparatus, and requests the coordinating apparatus for spectrum resource when new spectrum resource is needed. The coordinating apparatus maintains the spectrum utilization information of each wireless network, and allocates appropriate spectrum resource to the sub-coordinating apparatus which requests spectrum resource based on the maintained information. Therefore, the interference of inter-wireless networks is reduced or even avoided through such overall management that the coordinating apparatus allocates corresponding spectrum resources to a plurality of wireless networks capable of sharing spectrum resources.

The method includes detecting a wireless mobile node that has moved into the coverage area of the wireless access point device; maintaining an available IP address pool; selecting a temporary IP address from the IP access pool in response to the detection of the mobile node moving into the coverage area; and assigning a temporary IP address to the mobile node for use by the node during an interim period. The method produces a network layer handoff of a wireless mobile node over a local area network. Also provided is a computer readable article of manufacture tangibly embodying computer readable instructions for executing the steps of the method.

The RRH is communicably coupled to a baseband unit (BBU) of the wireless communication system base station through a network, and the BBU processes and transmits downlink data to the RRH. The RRH includes: a time-delay measurement unit for measuring a time-delay for the downlink data to arrive at the RRH from the BBU; and a time-delay notification unit for notifying from the RRH to the BBU of time-delay data on the time-delay measured by the time-delay measurement unit, wherein the time-delay data is used to advance the starting time for the BBU to process and transmit the downlink data by an amount of time obtained based on the time-delay data.

The invention proposes a server-based cache mechanism which caches all channels simultaneously in a cache server near from the video playing terminal. In one aspect, a method of storing data includes setting a first data node in a first storage area; setting a second data node in a second storage area; wherein said second data node is an element of a plurality of elements forming a first flat table of at least one flat table in the second storage area; and said step of setting a first data node includes storing in the first data node a two-tuple linker which comprises a first identifier indicating said first flat table and a second identifier indicating the row of said element in the first flat table. In another aspect a corresponding data storage structure is further provided. According to the present invention, it is able to achieve easily data chaining via a two-tuple linker in a special-purpose processor that does not support a pointer of memory address, thereby reducing requirements on space needed for data storage and enhancing efficiency of chaining each data segment.
