    • The present invention provides a PoC system which has the following capabilities: 1) it enables communication content to be confirmed afterwards; 2) by recording communication content in conjunction with information such as a caller identifier, it makes it easy to retrieve communication content afterwards; 3) it can record communication content only when this is necessary; 4) it can change as desired the criterion for deciding whether or not to record communication content; 5) it can record even during communications that include off-record content.
