The transmitting apparatus has a transmitting unit that repeatedly transmits one data packet; a receiving unit that repeatedly receives a response packet; an integrating unit that integrates a repeatedly received response packet; and a determining unit that determines, by use of a result of the integration, whether the received response packet is correct.
