摘要： The present invention relates to a membrane plate structure for generating sound waves. The membrane plate structure comprises a first skin layer, a second skin layer, a foam core layer which is interposed between the first skin layer and the second skin layer, and two binding layers. At least one of the first skin layer and the second skin layer is attachable to a vibrating element for generating sound waves. The elastic modulus of the core layer and its density are lower than the elastic modulus and the density of the first skin layer and the second skin layer, so that a sandwich structure is achieved. The Young modulus and the shear modulus of first skin layer, the second skin layer, the core layer and the binding layers are not variating between each other of more than 30% between a temperature 20° C. and 150° C., particularly between 20° C. and 170° C., more particularly 20° C. and 180° C.

摘要： A clip for selectively gripping objects includes a first body member having a forward portion, a rearward portion and a middle portion disposed between the forward and rearward portions. A second body member includes a forward portion, a rearward portion, and a middle portion disposed between the forward and rearward portion. Second body member also includes an exteriorly facing surface and an interiorly facing surface, a forward portion that includes an interiorly facing gripping jaw, and a middle portion that includes a strengthening member. A biasing member urges the gripping jaws of the first and second body members into engagement. A pivot assembly pivotably couples the first body member to the second body member to permit the gripping jaws to pivot between an engaged position and a released position. The first strengthening member has an arcuately convex surface and the second strengthening member includes an arcuately concave surface that is sized and positioned to slideably engage the arcuately convex surface of the first body.

A front portion of the housing defines a nozzle extending away from the housing. A driver is positioned in the internal chamber such that a sound reproduction portion of the driver is aligned with an internal audio channel running through the nozzle. A damper is positioned in an end of the nozzle having a damper aperture having a predetermined size. The nozzle extends from a base portion of the housing at a predetermined upward angle and a predetermined bend angle that provides improved audio frequency responses in desirable frequency ranges.
