The partition and the lid movably cooperate with the handle to facilitate secure and sanitary cooperation of the containers with the cart assembly as well as convenient and expedient filling and emptying of the discrete containers. The stacked orientation of the multiple containers and alternate transport modalities provide a compact assembly for conveniently transporting loaded or unloaded containers throughout even tight quartered environments and in a manner that reduces the effort associated with such activities.

摘要： A distribution cover for a napkin dispenser is in the form of a four-sided member, with three sides conforming to three sides of a truncated, four sided pyramid. The fourth side of the member is a relatively broad, gently sloping face at relatively angle to the base of the cover. A dispensing opening is formed in the lower aspects of this face of the member. A drag area in the form of a step in this face is created on the distribution cover adjacent and below a lower rim of the dispensing opening. Napkins are slightly confined for dispensing along three outer edges by the sides of the pyramid and over a surface area adjacent the opening the drag area. A spring loaded napkin storage container urges napkins against the distribution cover. The cover can dispense napkins of different sizes without adjustment and dispense napkins with reduced likelihood of tearing. The napkins are also removable at different angles from the cover without tearing.

摘要： An assembly, kit, and method for water-proofing a rolled web material dispenser. The assembly includes a mounting plate that is constructed to engage a back surface of a housing of the web material dispenser and includes a gasket that is disposed between a front surface of the mounting plate and the back surface of the housing to form a watertight seal therebetween. A plurality of ribs extend in a rearward direction towards a mounting surface from a back surface of the mounting plate and define a plurality of channels that guide water sprayed above the dispenser away from a cavity enclosed by the housing. The assembly preferably includes a plug that is preferably tethered to the mounting plate and is constructed to cooperate with a keyhole of the dispenser housing and form a watertight seal therewith.
